Rosen Shingle Creek

Met a couple of buddies in Orlando for a weekend of golf. Shingle Creek was our first stop. Great course! From the valet at arrival, check-in, the driving range, free water, the immaculately manicured course, the challenging layout… everything was top notch. Would definitely recommend and will definitely play here again.

Shingle Creek has all of the amenities and services you would expect from a hig-end golf course. The pro shop is well stocked. Staff are all friendly. Food in the clubhouse restaurant is good. The fairways and greens are well manicured. Tee boxes could use a little work. Course layout is interesting and challenging. Overall a great experience.

Course is set within hotel resort so facilities & staff

were high standard & very friendly.

Course offers a good challenge with variation of holes but also gives a good choice of tee options for all levels of golfers.

Enjoyed playing the course overall fairways were in great shape, greens fast and a lot of very subtle breaks, do not always accept your first read.

Allow for wind and elevated green when making club selection, quite easy to come up short.

Very friendly staff.

Only issue was place of play, was very slow, front 9 being the slowest, arrived on a couple tee blocks to find 2-groups waiting to tee off.

Back 9 play was much quicker.

Course was in excellent condition and was a fun course to play. I would come back and play it again.

Staying in the fairway and avoiding some of the water was key. Greens rolled true and had lots of contours.

I liked everything about this experience, but the pace of play was very poor. The big disappointment was lack of rangering, as the course began to back up on hole 7. In my 5 + hours on the course, I saw no rangers. The couple I was playing with had to leave on 15 as they were bumping up against dinner reservations

The course was well groomed and made good use of the land. The greens were tough and since many were elevated a miss was multiplied. Hole 7 is a long par three and not easy. A cool hole, but it did seem to be more difficult that the rest of the course and hence created some congestion.

This is one of my favorite course in Orlando! You can always count on friendly staff, course conditions and GREAT food in the grill room. The greens are fast and true. We all had the best day for my son’s BD round with his brothers.

Very impressive for my first time playing this course. Grass range, nice practice area. Everyone that I met from this club was extremely nice. The course conditions were near immaculate and the greens rolled true. I would definitely recommend this course to a friend. next time I’m in town Will definitely replay this course.

Course was fun. Greens were excellent. Staff was great.
