Great value
Great layout, friendly staff and very good conditions. Very good course at a very reasonable price.
Titusville trash
Titusville trash-Don’t waste your time with these trashy people
Not worth the money
Save your money and play a longer, better course, with a better layout fir the same price. Never played a course where hole 9 didn’t go back to the clubhouse until this course and I won’t ever in the future. Play pace wasn’t terrible but not good, sat at every tee and in every fairway.
Honestly, for it’s residents probably a nice little course but that’s it, too many nice course in Brevard to spend time or money here.

Wet
Was cart path only and boy was that course wet due to heavy recent rain
Love the course & the staff is always very friendly.
Course is in great shape. Bring your iron game, greens are small
We want to move here when we retire!!
We had an awesome time at this course. The people here are super friendly. We didn’t have anyone right up our butts and there is so much wildlife to see. The greens were great, course well cared for. Challenging course for all. I do recommend bringing some balls you don’t mind losing as there are quite a few water hazards. Be ware the gators near the water. Can’t wait to play here again!!
Great value and in excellent shape!
Had always wanted to try this course and was happy I did. Pretty much the first tee time out on a Sunday morning and 2 of us went around in 3 1/2 hours.
Fairly tight course and many greens were TINY! The greens looked shaggy but actually weren’t too slow and rolled true. Fairways in great shape. Luckily I didn’t get into the sand so can’t comment on that.
Played the back (blue) tees since it was only 6,400 yds but first couple holes seemed pretty long. No short par 3s do several 350 yd par 4s and a 450 yd par 5 must be where the distance goes.
Enjoyed this course although layout is straight forward and no remarkable holes. $35 on a Sunday made this a great value. Will definitely play it again.
