They are charging premium prices for a course with only the back 9 open. And… it’s in bad shape. #18 is even on a temporary green. All greens have sanded bad places. Fairways have bad spots. Sand traps are full of shells and rocks. The rough is a weed patch. This course needs a lot of work and is still trying to recover from Hurricane Ian. We paid $6 toll to get to the course for our tee time, only to be told because they only have 1 side open, there were too many people on it and we had to wait another 45 minutes for some of the players to clear out.

Be sure to call the Pro Shop before booking here and find out if all the holes are open and what shape they’re in.

Very disappointing for $150. The water hazards are very nice but the greens are terrible. Hole 18 green was moved to the fairway.

The staff was incredibly friendly. My father rented clubs and the cost was extremely high, we played another course with 1/4 of the cost for rentals. The course is challenging but fair. Very scenic

Course is a great layout. Most fairways were in excellent condition. Some still damaged from storms. Majority of greens are good and there were a lot bad spots, again due to storms. Bring a lot of balls on windy days. Water comes into play on every hole.

Fairways were in great shape, can’t say the same about the greens.

Course although short, it is very challenging. Greens were small and well protected with bunkers.

Would definitely play again.

Shortish course, but I think every hole had water, with some holes having two forced carries. Had a great time though.

2nd time here, last year only first nine open. The 2nd nine is just as amazing as the 1st. Staff are amazing too!

Very friendly and personable staff. First time visiting. Course looked amazing from the clubhouse by the first and tenth tee boxes.

Pace was not 3:45, but more like 4:10 which was ok due to water on all 18 holes which slows play. The problem was the conditions of the fairways and the greens especially. Large bare spots and ground under repair. The greens were really bad.

For the price, expected it to be in much better shape.

Course is generally in good condition following recent hurricane damage. Some greens remain blighted and sandy but we enjoyed ourselves. Excellent pace of play and friendly staff. Fun and challenging layout requiring precision

For a course that got ransacked by a very damaging hurricane, the conditions were very good! I would go back for sure.

Course is in excellent condition given the recent hurricanes. Only the greens were in disrepair but have been tended to. Easy course to play even with the water hazards. Staff was very friendly and well mannered. Definite recommend this course

If you can avoid the water on almost every hole you can score here at the Dunes. If you find water - you'll struggle all day. The course plays fast and some of the fairways are very narrow - hit 'em straight. The greens are improving after having been redone after the last hurricane - so some expected ultra sandy greens.
