Waldorf Astoria Orlando

This is one of the best courses I’ve played. The staff was very friendly and helpful and professional. They made me feel very comfortable and like they were happy I was playing golf there at their course. I will definitely go back there to play again soon. Thanks for a wonderful day.

Good condition, small greens and some narrow fairways. Not a particularly memorable course and very pricey

Good. - greens were in great shape, smooth and interesting contours.

Bad - lots of parallel holes. Construction for next two years causes modifications to course. Noise while putting in pilings. Rental clubs were brand new taylormades, but $100!

Overall - not horrible but there are better options nearby if you have easy transportation.

Nice layout, good pace of play, very friendly pro shop staff. Well maintained with friendly, attentive , respectful grounds crew - no attitude ! Will play it again.

From tee to green course is in great shape. Cart girl was professional and around at the perfect time. A bit pricey but okay with a Hot Deal.

Best greens we've played while on vacation. The course is marked well and is very nicely maintained. The staff was extremely friendly.

Snow covered ground here in NJ, so I decided to fly down to Florida, alone, last minute on Saturday night to play Sunday, and get back to NJ Sunday night. Orginally wanted to play the Ritz Carlton course, but couldn't book singles on Golf Now. When I booked tee time the night before I could have played at anytime. The tee sheet was wide open. Arrived at the course. They have valet parking, so headed to the pro shop to pay and was on the practice range where my clubs were waiting for me within 5 min of arriving. Everyone was extremely nice. Warmed up for 35 min on the turf range, no mats. Then I took some putts and headed out. Starter was super friendly. I was blown away by the course conditions. It was playing par 70 due to construction on 18 that shortened the hole. No temporary green though, they built a proper green for the renovation. Looked like they were building a legit 18th hole. Over water, bridges, etc. The pace was amazing. Nobody in site. Cart girl was around 6 times. I give it 5 out of 5 for every aspect. Cant really think of any disappointments besides I didn't get to see any alligators. The course is very scoreable, as you would expect from a resort course. Can't wait to play it again!

I enjoyed my round at this course. It has a good layout and it was not crowded because it was a cooler day in January. I’m not sure if there’s renovations or not but the 18th hole is almost a joke as a 240 yard par four. The pro shop also seemed like it was not very stocked and was locked when I finish my round at 1 PM but it may be the time of the year or it may be renovations. Overall good experience but for the price was hoping for a little more.

The course was in incredible shape and very fun to play. Not overly difficult and pretty forgiving wide straight fairways. The staff was really friendly as well. The biggest downside was the back 9.... They are currently building a new banquet center on two of the holes and I'm the process of renovating the back nine to accommodate the change. So there was 2 pair fives and they switched one to a 4 and 3. The other just turned into a par 4. 18th hole was completely crap and left a bad taste of the course in your mind. The first 12 or so holes though we're top notch great though! My Garmin and Grint apps also didn't have the updated holes as well which was annoying.

I paid 145 for the round and was definitely worth the price but I do think the course should make it more known that it's going through the change instead of it being a surprise when you get to the makeshift holes.

Would play again and recommend but will tell folks about the renovations. When it's done the course will be really nice again though.

Always been one of my favorite courses. Always great conditions & service. Just sad to see they changed the layout on the back nine for hotel facility expansion. Still good. But no longer great. Because the old layout was so great! If you never played the old layout, you won’t miss it. But if you did you definitely will.

I really enjoyed the course but it was a little on the expensive side. Course was in great condition, only down side is the change to the course due to the construction, the weather didnt help seeing as it started raining in the middle of the round but that cant be blamed on the course obviously. Would play there again.

They changed the layout to be shorter. Course is great but par 70 with 2 par 5s eliminated. Didn’t expect it. 18 hole was disappointing a bit only being 267 yards and waiting for green to clear to hit. Adds to the slow play.

This was a championship 18 hole par 72 test. Scoring opportunities if you hit it well. Punishment if you don’t. Shame it’s been turned into a par 71 and my guess is soon will be a par 70. Ton of construction happening, holes changed and moved. Won’t be back it’s ruined for me now. The QUALITY is still top shelf. Fairways, greens and tee boxes were stellar as always.
