Ranger needs to be available all the time. It’s stressful to play 5 hours as a pair. Just utter disrespect from young boys. Please reinforce etiquette

We had an afternoon tee time on July 4th and as soon as we got there it started off on the wrong foot. The guy working the pro shop desk was very rude about getting us paid and signed in. He forced us to walk back out to the front of the clubhouse to tell him the golf cart number we were in. When we told him the cart number, he told us we were wrong and to go check again. Went back out and checked again and yet the number on the cart did not change from the time we walked in the pro shop. Very bad customer service. He then proceeded to tell us that we would have beverage cart throughout the round and water coolers on the course. The beverage cart did not come through a single time in the four hour round, mind you it was over 90 degrees during the round and the course does not take you back to the clubhouse at the turn.

The course was in great shape but the groups in front of us were playing very slowly as well as no one repaired any ball marks. Our group had to repair several greens in order to make a putt. Also, the golf carts have GPS that prevents you from driving in restricted areas, but would stop the cart several times through the round when we were on the cart path.

Chateau elan does things right. From the counter staff the golf cart attendants to the starter to the beverage cart person and the waitstaff at the restaurant in the club house it was awesome. All were great. I think a great value for 78 bucks the day before this nation Independence Day. I felt appreciated. I only wish they have a veteran military retiree discount. But I am not complaining. After the match the wings and Tito’s and cranberry were awesome. Bout a new golf shirt and pool

Great place to work on your short game. Would be nice to have 1 or 2 more holes between 150 & 200 yards. Since it's a walking course, maybe a bench or two to sit near a couple tee boxes?

Was a beautiful par 3 coarse would highly recommend to those capable of walking up and down hills, the greens were fast and great. Can’t wIt to play it again.

Price: $135/golfer

Staff: No bag drop. No one working carts. A player in the group rented clubs. The attendee in the pro shop expected him to lug the clubs all the way back to her to get his credit card back. This made no sense she could speak to the staff that was cleaning the cart. Staff cleaning the cart, who should have been aware of this practice, didn’t offer to tote them up the two flights of stairs. They had one cart girl working two courses. We saw her on hole two and never again.

Course: Attendee had not gotten to the range to establish where players should hit from so mid warmup he started moving people up which created chaos as players were at risk of being hit by shots.

The tee boxes were soggy sand the whole day.

The greens were extremely bumpy and furry. At that price point you would think they would be true. I recognize you have to perform maintenance on a course but that should be reflected in the price and disclaimer when booking.

Merchandise: The logo looks like the CEO or Owner let his 6th grade child play with clip art. As bad as that is the clothing that they chose to put it own was even worse. Shark brand?!?
