Reviews
Very wet
This is a course I usually play once a month. Greens were in good condition and SUPER fast. Tee boxes are rough, they need to be seeded watered and sun! Fairways are trash, too much rain. Drainage is not sufficient. Cart part only for $50 plus afternoon is a bit much. I might try them again July or September
Solid course
Very pleased with this playing experience, super beautiful course at sunset.
Nice course. Overpriced
The greens are very nice. Short course but still challenging.
Like how close it is.
Don't like the green golfers over $60.
nice coures
good layout and a challenging course, currently T boxes in a sad state, green nice..
should play much better in a month or so
Nice course
Great course. Not too long, but decently challenging. Plenty of scoring opportunities, plenty of places to lose your ball. Greens were lightning fast. Definitely a good winter course.
Greens like a pool table.
Greens were way to fast with no true breaks. Can’t have then that fast if elevated.. Any ball hitting the green is going off. No cart person. No on course Marshall’s. Staff very friendly and helpful. All in all average course.
Great course
I love this course so much! I need the rest of y’all to fix your ball marks on the greens though..
Definitely Play Again
First time Playing was challenging because cart path only and there are several holes that require course knowledge along with specific target shots. Greens are in great condition for this time of year and extremely challenging to read. Can’t imagine what they roll during summer months. Will play again.
Solid course w/good greens
Greens were in great shape all summer and remain so despite being winter. Unfortunately, the course is a little tight so poorly hit balls sometimes end up coming closer than to be expected
Decent course
This was my second time playing and I have yet to play a full 18 due to the pace of play being so slow and backed up every hole. I enjoy the course I would just like to play all 18 under 5 hours
Greens are in good condition , but very challenging...need to be below the hole at all times. Sand traps were not at all cared for. Most convenient course to me.
Great course, needs more supervision
There is no reason a course like this should take 4 1/2 or even 5 hours to play. A lot of people with no regard for other players, people playing from the tips when they definitely don't have game for it...
There needs to be more supervision, a marshal to keep the pace of play acceptable. At other times, on weekends, they let twosomes go out behind a foursome, and other things that hurt pace of play. Pair people up!! On Weekends there is no playing with less than a group of 4, unless the course is empty, which never happens at City Club.
Other than that, a great course, well taken care of and challenging enough.
can these be the best greens in the area?? ;)
Haven't played CCM in over 5 years. Course layout isn't overly difficult., but there are multiple dog legs and maybe 5 blind shots off the tee box. 1st par 5 reachable with a solid tee shot. Some tee boxes are troublesome because bad shots can endanger players. You MUST commit to your lines here to be rewarded. The greens are so impressive. Speed. Contour. True roll. Some drainage issues... no rain for a week and water held in some areas. Play CCM and enjoy some lovely greens when they're dry and fast... worth the drive.
