I usually enjoy playing this course

and did today. Beautiful weather made it a good round

Some interesting holes but too many adjoining fairways. Balls flying all over the place. Don’t think about picking up a strange ball in the middle of your fairway.

Most tees in terrible shape. No grass. The fairways were a little better but winter rules were necessary on all of them. First fairway was littered with range balls. Sand traps have great sand but are not being maintained. We had to rake a smooth spot to hit from. A couple of greens had bad spots but most were okay.

Cart girl came by just once. We were ready to buy stuff later, but she was nowhere to be found.

Starter was rude, but inside crew were nice.

My wife and I played 9. We had a 5 pm tee time and finished play in about 2 1/2 hours. Everything was in good condition and the greens were well maintained. Playing again next weekend.

First group off on a Sunday so pace was no issue. Course did look very crowded behind us though. Course is good shape. Greens rolled true but they’re rock hard. Not terribly fast. Layout pretty tight and technical. Seems to play a little longer than 5700yds.

Took me almost 5 hours to play 15 holes when I finally quit because I was fed up with it.
