It overlooks the City Club Marietta Golf Club, an 18-hole golf course that dates back to 1915 and plays as long as 5,721 yards. The Hilton has two restaurants, Hamilton's for fine dining and The Pub for casual fare, and also has pool tables and 8 TVs for live sports viewing. Great Greens, not fair fairways
We used to play here all the time. We're glad to see the greens are in great shape, other than being a little hard. However, the fairways, rough / edge areas, etc. are seriously lacking in grass. The course condition outside the greens really needs to be improved.
Hidden Gem!
Full disclosure - I’m a new golfer but the course was beautiful and really well- maintained. The greens were immaculate. The course is very forgiving but with a lot of complexity owing to the mountainous terrains. Can’t wait to play it again!

Tight layout, very hilly, inadequate signage, confusing at times getting from one hole to next If not familiar with layout. Felt uncomfortable by charity set up at #12 waiting for your arrival to seek donation.
Great course to start off the season with!
We played our first round of the season at City Club and found it hard to find the fairway off the tee for whatever reason. Luckily, the way the course is laid out you can play up the next fairway if need be. The course condition was overall very fair even though we’re still early in the year. The greens were fast with a lot of break and the bunkers were well kept. Friendly staff and clean amenities.
Delayed but a good round
Played a late afternoon tee time. We were delayed by 20 mins and the pace of play was slow. No marshall came by through out the round. The course is challenging and the greens are tricky. Will be going back to play again.
Need to use every club
The layout was great. Had a group that held of the pace of play. Took 5 hours to complete.

I usually enjoy playing this course
and did today. Beautiful weather made it a good round
Too many adjoining fairways
Some interesting holes but too many adjoining fairways. Balls flying all over the place. Don’t think about picking up a strange ball in the middle of your fairway.
Most tees in terrible shape. No grass. The fairways were a little better but winter rules were necessary on all of them. First fairway was littered with range balls. Sand traps have great sand but are not being maintained. We had to rake a smooth spot to hit from. A couple of greens had bad spots but most were okay.
Cart girl came by just once. We were ready to buy stuff later, but she was nowhere to be found.
Starter was rude, but inside crew were nice.
Thank you for playing City Club and for the feedback. We have seen colder than normal nighttime temperatures which has restricted the growth of the fairways. The forecast is showing warmer temperatures, so they should fill in fairly quickly. You should see a major difference on your next visit.
