Water!!!!
With the high humidity and temperature setting in for the summer, highly recommend more water stations around the course.
good value
course was in great condition even though a lot of rain recently or even due to the rain .. fairly challenging greens and green side bunkers - fairly open course - only lost one ball -
First Time Playing in Years
Went back to CC of M after having not played it for several years. Greens were in phenomenal shape and rolled fast and true. Many of the tee boxes needed some TLC with sparse grass and an abundance of discarded tees. Overall, a very fair test for an average golfer after a week of rainy weather.
Was pleasantly surprised considering the 3.9 stars on google. I thought I was one of the nicer public courses I’ve played. Very well maintained, a few rough spots near the water features but that’s expected. Beverage cart, and on site grille had good options, and the staff was very friendly. The Hilton conference center is also on property so if you need a place to stay it looked nice. 7.5/10 would recommend.
Waiting game
Every year they pack more and more tee times into a day. there is never a marshall to push pace of play. Expect a 5+ hour round every time. Enjoy this picture of 4 foursome waiting and playing hole number 12.
Amazing course
A little short but well maintained and great staff. Would play there again
The greens were in great shape- good course
We went out at 8 AM and played in 3 1/2 hours. The greens are in great shape. The staff was excellent - I will be back.
It's the best course ever
I visited last week this course. I've been to many place in Atlanta then it's the best golf course in my mind. everything is perfect to me also price is cheap compare to same kind of course. I love to play here.
Awesome staff as always
Know it is a municipal, but course was in much worse condition than it has been in the past. Tee boxes were over grown and bumpy. Pace of play was very slow. Staff is always friendly and professional, but there are cheaper courses in much better condition.
Good value
The course is in great shape. Little funky layout but a lot of fun. They have some issues with geo fence on the carts but I don’t think the golf staff has control over the GPS settings. Well worth the money and a fun course with good amenities
David Came Through
I rushed out the house and jumped in my car when I get to the course I realize I was in the wrong car which my clubs were in the other car and I was 45 minutes away. I went into the pro shop and David was very kind and had plenty of clubs to rent. He gave me a good set of Cleveland clubs that actually turned out to be pretty good. Thanks for coming through in the clutch David.
Way too Expensive
I often visit Wolf Creek Golf Course, also visiting other courses. When it rains and the course conditions are so bad that players are stepping in puddles of water as they hit you should NOT be charging $65+ a $25 rider fee. Absolutely ridiculous and sadly this is how it is at wolf Creek.
