Lake Richard B. Russell at Arrowhead Pointe State Park

First time playing. Greens are in excellent shape. Few challenging fairways. Bunkers actually has sand, not just coated with sand. Back 9 is on the lake. Best bang for your buck you find. Will definitely be back.

What an absolute gem of a golf course. Arrowhead Pointe at Lake Richard B. Russell was in incredible condition, especially considering the heavy rain beforehand. The tee boxes, fairways, and greens were all nearly perfect.

The course manages to feel wide open and inviting while still being plenty challenging, and the scenery around the lake makes the entire round even better. It’s one of those courses where you finish 18 and immediately start thinking about when you can come back.

Great customer service in the clubhouse as well. Fantastic experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back very soon.

Wonderful round at Arrowhead Pointe. Rates were very reasonable, and the course was in great shape, especially most greens. We will be back.

Beautiful course and in fantastic condition. Throw in the fact we've not had much rain, the course was in excellent shape. The 4some in front were playing some sort of scramble and it had to be the slowest scramble ever played. It was hot and their slow play made it even worse. The saving grace for this course is the trees do a wonderful job providing shade.

The course is a good layout , well maintained.It does have it's hills and valleys ,typical of North Georgia courses. Greens are undulating, but rolled good

It's a beautiful course and challenging at times, but the best part was a gentleman behind the counter at the pro shop!

Hidden Gem! This course is fantastic and at pricing you can't beat. In good shape year round and always look forward to making the trip to go again! Wish it wasn't so far, I would play it regularly if it were close to me. Great staff also!

First time playing this stretch and was happily surprised. Definitely a hidden gem and one I will be back for. Course was in great shape greens were rolling quick and true. Fairways and tee boxes were good. Not a hard course but challenging and fun to play. People were great facilities were nice. More than worth what we paid planning a return trip soon.
