Lake Richard B. Russell at Arrowhead Pointe State Park

First time at Arrowhead and it won't be our last course was in great shape and staff was very friendly . It's was a little out of our way but we wanted to try a course it was a challenging layout , greens rolled a little slow but rolled true. Looking forward to going back and maybe staying for a weekend of Golf.

Bit much poanna in the greens but totally playable! We look forward to our round there every year prior to that little tourney they hold in GA. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Ridiculous pace of play. They allowed a group of 6 to play in front of us. The greens are filled with some kind of weed coming in. This course used to be in such great shape. I was very disappointed and will not be back any time soon.

Read a lot of good reviews before playing and the course didn't disappoint. Unfortunately for us it had been raining a lot in the days before we played. Front nine suffered from it more so than the back nine. Holes along the lake were gorgeous!

This course is absolutely amazing! By far the best golf course I have ever played. I would highly recommend this course to anyone wanting a challenge and beauty on a golf course.

I look forward to playing this course again.

My father and I finally got a time together to be able to go golf and I chose Arrowhead because of the strength of layout. That being said we would like our first tee shot to not be on the tee box. We were told the driving range machine “was broken”. Ok I suggested dipping a bucket into machine to retrieve some balls and was told no. The manager wouldn’t even get out of his chair in his office to explain to us the issue with that, he just sent his assistant over. Will not be making the hour drive again.

This was my first time playing this course and it exceeded any expectations that I had!

I’ve played a lot of really nice, private courses and this course is by far my favorite course that I’ve ever played. I played at 8 AM so of course the pace of play was fast as I was the only person out there.

I absolutely love the solitude of being tucked into the woods and the course being surrounded by the lake. It was such a peaceful and enjoyable experience.

The course was in great shape, fairways and greens were great! The pro shop was very clean and put together and the staff was super nice.

I will be joining this golf club and I’m an hour away from it!!!

This is a fun course to play. There are some challenging holes and some great scenery around the lake.
