Good value
Front side is ok, though a lot of driving in subdivisions...back nine are why you play hete...challenging holes, great views and wildlife
Scenic and challenging
A thoroughly enjoyable course with exceptional views on the marshland holes. Very challenging in high winds. The greens are outstanding. Start a putt on line and it will roll true.
Special thanks to General Manager Rick Mattox. I was playing as a single and when he determined that I was set to be behind four foursomes of a club association he took me to an open spot on the back nine to begin my round. I had clear sailing the entire day.
It was the kind of extra effort that communicates concern for the customer. It did not go unnoticed.
One of my favorites
It seems that every course i play has one or two holes i hate. Not here. I love this course.
Marsh is serious to play thru
Fun day. Golf was very challenging and the course was in excellent condition
Great Public Course Option
The course is in a beautiful marshland natural setting, in excellent playing condition, with challenges for every level of golfer.
It was a very windy day, so the game suffered due to 'interesting' ball flights, but very enjoyable nevertheless.
Will play again on a fairer day.
Great views
The greens are always some of the best around 2nd to only the sea island courses. Layout & fairways exceptional. We couldn't afford it, if it wasn't for golf now. The views are 2nd to none.
Reservation worked fairly well.-others in my group were charged a higher rate than on golf now but they were credited by the staff after I showed them the email-they may not have wanted to divulge the reduced rate in front of other golfers-other than that ,a great day
Very scenic
Course in great shape & it was a beautiful day, only issue was biting pants. They were relentless for about 1 to 2 hrs then they eased up...
awesome course
greens and fairways are perfect. even the rough is very playable (but don't think you can aim and expect it to go where you want, it's still the rough) overall one of the best facilities anywhere in the south.Word of caution, lots of gnats early in the morning, where bug screen and long pants if you can.
Very good upscale course
Wanted to play an 'upscale' course on a golfing trip to SE, so King and Prince looked promising. The design of the course is great! Winter conditions were pretty good. Driving range is limited to irons, but putting greens were good. I was paired up with 3 others and it worked great.
9th hole is worth the price alone
The wife and I recently played this little gem and were blown away by the layout. The 9th hole is challenging and picturesque. The back 9 has a few holes in the marsh area that are interesting to say the least. I would play this again without hesitation.
Wonderful year end round
My buddies and I had a wonderful time together playing match play. The greens were emaculate and the layout is superb.
This course never disappoints
I drive 90 min from Jacksonville just to play here and every time it is worth it. It a very good test of golf but not overwhelming. Course is in excellent condition. Greens are fast and true. if it was local to me, I would join. Great place to get away and just focus on golf and the scenery and the wildlife that makes this area home.
