Had a good time
Only played 9 holes. Had a great time. the only issue I had was the condition of the bunkers. You wold think that the bunkers would be raked and manicured each morning. the bunkers were very hard from the evening watering the night before.
Pretty but boring
Enjoyed course but not enough hazards or challenges. Pretty flat and featureless
Average course but fun to play
It was a windy day but we enjoyed the play. This course is average but still fun and the staff are welcoming.
Nice Layout of Course,
My wife and I had a nice time playing this course. Not to difficult, but difficult enough. Nice service, friendly staff, reasonable price.
Fun!
Great staff, had fun even during a downpour, the driving range was the least quality area, volcanic “sand” in the traps, beautiful views, affordable experience!
Beautiful course, great golf staff
The course was lots of fun and the pace perfect. Loved playing by the ocean was great. The staff was very accommodating. Except for the older hostess/waitress in the restaurant. She was very snooty and even sniffed at us when we decided not to eat there! We each had a drink and left a tip but would not ever go back.
Waikoloa Village Golf Course
Very nice enjoyable course but extremely windy which is why we didn't rate it excellent. Well maintained fairways and greens and lots of wildlife. Dining area was adequate but could be improved. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
Village of Waikoloa Golf
Beautiful course tucked away at a higher elevation.
We thoroughly enjoyed this well kept, nice layout with the exception of the high winds. Staff were very friendly and the bird wildlife exceptional. Would go again next time in Hawaii!
Fun muni on Hawaii’s big island
Great warmup course for mainlanders getting acclimated to golf in Hawaii. Friendly, courteous and professional staff. Ample restaurant fare and cold beverages greet you at the 19th hole. A quick 15 minute drive from the Waikoloa beach resort area yields easy access to this gem. GolfNow availability allows for surprisingly great rates.
Enjoyable course
This is a good course. Wide fairways and good condition. Yes the traps have “kitty litter” but other wise the wind would blow everything away. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Greens were consistent. All in all very good for the deal rate that I got.
Not Worth the Effort
Super slow pace. Lots of hackers all over the course. People I was paired with playing multiple balls. Marshal could have cared less. Pretty straight away layout with a few nice views but not very interesting. Would be fine for the occasional golfer. Not worth the rack rate but fair Hot Deal price. Won’t be rushing back with so many other courses nearby.
