Eaglewood Resort and Spa

A lil on the short side but lovely design. Just need some old school etiquette needs to be enforced.

It’s a little pricey for what you get but it’s a great course. This is an old 1920s course that’s grown up and been reworked. It’s a short course so we played from the tips, which If you’re a decent player is what you want to do. It’s a tight layout like most old courses so if you slice or hook off the tee you’re gonna make some new friends. Overall I love this course and will definitely be back.

I had not played golf in over decade until late last year. I decided to pick up my clubs and get my son involved in the game. Eaglewood was a great find. I have now played the course about a dozen time. The staff has always been very friendly and accommodating. The course is perhaps shorter than many and water does not come into play often. But the course has a quite a few strategically placed bunkers and difficult greens that make it more than challenging enough. Pace of play has never been an issue—typically we do not have to wait to tee off at holes and when we do the wait is very short.

Friendly and helpful staff. The course is good shape except for the greens which are riddled in ball marks and pits. This was strange as the fairways and tee boxes were in good shape.

Staff was excellent from check in until departure. Course was in good shape, pace was consistent, not exceptionally long, good scores attainable.

Heard “fore” every other hole we were on. 18 holes jammed into a small area. We shouldn’t have to worry about balls flying by us every other tee box.

The layout wasn’t too bad. Lots of elevation and sand(dirt/mud actually). The greens were horrendous. A handful of mini golf hole placements with ridiculous angles. I’m not sure they’ve been taken care of all year either.

A beautiful course that doesnt have a lot of room. Tee boxes and greens are on top of each other. Greens not maintained well. Not a great place to play on the weekend

We chose this course because it's short enough to be playable by average players yet challenging enough for more experienced players. Great for couples. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Starter was very conversational. Course is in great shape for the fairly heavy use.

Took 3 golfers who had never played here before. They all enjoyed the course. Not too hard, and not too easy.. Pace of play was perfect.. Fun day!

This was a fun course to play. Had some elevation changes on a few holes that were fun. Was one of the pricier rounds we've played, but felt the course was not as well maintained and didn't offer as much as others we've played recently. It's a very tight layout. But overall, it was an enjoyable outing.
