18th Signature Hole...Gorgeous Photo submitted by JCZents33 on 04/26/2013
Greens fast an nice roll they get alot of play well maintain
G now great price nice ride to casino along the Ohio river links gotta love it fast greens great layout played great enjoyed
Challenging course in great condition
Have played Belterra several times and today the course was in its best condition. Sometimes in the past the traps had washout problems from rains, but not today, they were in great condition. Tough course if you cannot hit the ball fairly straight. Course has good variety of holes, on some par is a great score and some holes offer birdie potential.
Love it...
The staff in the club house was some what rude. Cart people were ok and the starter was great. My favorite course in the are and it ain't close. With the help from golfnow the price is great!!!! Had some rough spots but course is awesome. Play if you can!!!!!
Need more beverage and snack carts
The greens looked beat up, but rolled very true. We only had 1 put in our foursome that bounced for the whole round. It's a fair but penalizing course. The only thing I would complain about is with a majority of the course being across the road( including the turn) it would be nice to have more beverage carts. I can't wait to play here again
"big boy" golf course
Tightly mowed fairways, healthy rough, undulated greens and collection areas, well bunkered, with plentiful water hazards. Not so much fun for someone used to spraying the ball around and getting away with it occasionally. It is a fantastic course AND value for more accomplished players for sure, but put on your "big boy" pants.
Nice layout
Course conditions excellent! Bring your A game, punishes a bad shot severely.
Everything was great except the bunkers. It appeared that they were washed out from rain and had not been reconditioned.
Perfect day, Beautiful but Tough Course
A very beautiful course in immaculate condition. The greenskeeper had a mean streak with some of the pin placements and the greens were QUICK. Be prepared to be humiliated on the the scorecard, but enjoy the round anyway.
Awesome golf experience
Course was in great shape. The greens were perfect and rolled true. Can't wait to get back
Beautiful course just very slow play!
Needs ranger driving around to keep up pace of play. Was sometimes stacked up on tee boxes three
groips deep. I will definitely play this course again.
Worth the drive
We went on a hot July day. The course is in the country and we had a drive of some distance so we appreciated the complementary driving range time to loosen up. Course was in good shape. The greens were challenging because of their large size and some subtle breaks.
Well worth the drive.
great course
a great course we drove 3 hours to get to play the course it was cart path only that day but still worth the trip going to play it a lot more
great course
A beautiful golf course, in great shape, a friendly staff, we had a very fun day. We are planning to go back soon. I would recommend this course to anyone, and you can get a good deal by using Golf Now.
beautiful course, friendly staff. well worth the money.
Always a wonderful experience
I have Played Belterra golf course several times each year. Everything and everyone at this establishment make it a wonderful experience. The course is always in fantastic condition. Choose your tee box carefully, based on your golf abilities, for the best and most enjoyable experience.
Hands down - Belterra is the BEST course within a 100 mile drive of Cincinnati and well worth the efforts to play there.
Best course I have played in many years.
Challenging but fair. Excellent design. Well worth the trip.
Fun and challenging course
This course will exploit your weakness and challenge your accuracy. If you stay in the fairway, the course isn't that challenging but if you don't, get ready to score high. Love the course, driving range and greens are fast but true. What makes this course miserable, at 5 hrs, we still had 2 holes to play. We just went in because it was so draining. I figured it'd take another 25 minutes which is ridiculous. I don't know a single course I'd play 18 in 5 1/2 hrs. They pretty much require you to be a 4 some. Otherwise we could've played it in 3:1/2-4hrs. They expect pace to be 4 1/2 hrs. That's slow! But I do recommend playing this course, it is a real treat.
