18th Signature Hole...Gorgeous Photo submitted by JCZents33 on 04/26/2013
The course was in great shape. The weather was very hot (92degrees) and the food/drink shelter was not opened. I became over heated and could only finish 13 holes. This is too nice of a course to not take care of the paying golfers.
Excellent golf course.... one of the best
I would recommend this course to men and women golfers. Very interesting layout and pretty challenging. Multiple tee boxes provide challenges for all levels. On course amenities where great and staff was polite and courteous. A must play course in southern Indiana for a reasonable price.
Really fast greens
Great time. Had the course to ourselves
Windy but mostly sheltered
Course in excellent early season condition
Greens were very fast and new swear words were created
Can’t wait to play there again
Great day of golf!
I was extremely impressed with course conditions given the recent weather! It has been wet and cold all year, yet, the course was green, not too wet, and in great shape. The greens had been punched a few days before, but still ran well and fast. The staff was very pleasant and the pace of play was perfect. This was my first time playing here and would highly recommend this course to anyone wanting a challenging round on a really nice course.
Worth the Drive
I'll start by saying that although it has rained the last 3 days, the course was in excellent shape. It was wet in spots and the greens were a little slower than usual, but that is to be expected with the rain and time of year. Regardless of the time of the year (I've played it in August, November, and now March) the course is aesthetically pleasing. The course can be difficult but fair - anyone from a scratch golfer to a 25 handicap would enjoy this course. And I cannot say enough about the staff. We've all been to the nice courses with the country club atmosphere, where the staff can be your typical eliteist golf snobs and sometimes downright rude. That is not the case at Belterra. Everyone we encountered was down to Earth and courteous. The man in the clubhouse gave us a few tips as to how the course was playing and the woman at the bag drop was very nice and welcoming. I enjoyed their hospitality. Very nice people working at a very nice course...imagine that! Overall, the experience is always great when I come here and I will gladly drive 45 mins from NKY to play here again. I would highly recommend it.
Course is in great shape.
Perfect day to play. Almost had the course to myself. The one day in March where the weather was perfect. Greens are not to fast, yet fast enough. Great conditions from tees to greens. Love this course when the price is right.
Always fun and challenging
As always a tough course that is fun to play green a little slow but this time of year that isn’t unusual other tan that no complaints staff and course excellent.
Want to play at different seasons
Fun and Challenging course.
I want to play at different condition.
Staffs were so kind, the electric Cart was dead, it may be due to cold temp.

Great Way to End the Season
Try and wrap up the golf year every season playing Belterra. Course was in great shape and had a wonderful time.
Belterra Golf Course great course
Tom Fazio design course with all the amenities. Great staff that gets your clubs ready for play while you grab breakfast or lunch in the Out Of Bounds food outlet inside the pro shop. Course is always in great shape and is a great value when using the golf now app. Normally priced at 90 dollars with discount after 2 pm. Do not miss your opportunity to play this world class golf course at Belterra Casino and resort. You will love it.
Review of Belterra Golf
The course was cart path only. We would not have made the trip if we had known that. We should have been notified that the course was cart path. This has happened to our foursome 3 or 4 times this year. Some of the fairways were to wet to play.
Shotgun start
The course was in great condition, the greens were a bit slower than expected. My tee time was 2:30, and when checking in a hour early was informed that this would be a shotgun start, in the midst of a scramble. I could see this round taking a long time, so it did not seem to be good news. We actually teed off at 2:41, and as it turned out we played in 4 hours without any delay from the outing, but it would have been a better start had the pro shop explained the situation. They have a better than average driving range (included in price), and putting green. It is always nice to have the opportunity to play there, and I will return.
