18th Signature Hole...Gorgeous Photo submitted by JCZents33 on 04/26/2013
fairways were in great shape
We had a great experience. The course compared to others I have played was in excellent condition. Looking forward to another round in the near future.
Terrible Customer Service and not worth the money
Booked 18 holes and the weather was very rainy. Tried to play the course but after 3 or 4 holes the whole course was waterlogged, unplayable and the rain was not letting up. Went back to the pro shop and they only gave me a rain check for 14 holes. I thought this was very cheap of them especially considering the rain had set in for many hours and the course conditions were terrible. When questioned about this they had a very arrogant attitude and said it was policy and this was very common. Daylight robbery and very cheap/common if you ask me. If you are trying to be a high dollar course then at least have the attitude and customer service to match.
Terrible Customer Service and Value
The golf management here is all about just taking your money. Booked 18 holes for a 2 ball and the rain started on the first hole. It really didn't let up and we tried to play but the course became waterlogged and the greens underwater-pretty much unplayable. Played 4 holes and returned to the pro shop. They gave us a raincheck BUT they charged us for the 4 holes we had tried to play. This is just a cheap attitude for a course that holds itself in such high regard. When asked about how "cheap" this appeared on such bad weather conditions the pro shop staffed explained "pompously and with a very arrogant attitude" that this is a common policy for courses.
The conditions and design of the course are NOT WORTH the arrogant attitude and lack of customer service, TERRIBLE experience with arrogant staff.
Great facility, pace of play too slow
Facility course personnel and golf staff were very friendly. The pro shop was nicely stocked and an easy shopping environment.
Regretfully the pace of play was agonizingly slow. Groups in town for the holiday and cart path only contributed to the issue. Bunkers were in poor shape, likely due to the rain received the night before. I'll go back to play the course again but it will not be on a Saturday or when the area has had any amount of significant rain.
Belterra playing great
Beautiful course and facilities. Great condition even in heat of the summer. Worth golf-now rate. Normal rates are a little too expensive. Friendly staff.
Always in excellent condition
Great course as always and very challenging. Always worth the trip.
Best course in the Tri-State
By far the best maintained and challenging course open to the public in the entire area. This course would rival any course in the Carolinas or Florida. From fairway to green, best kept, challenging but rolling greens and the carts with GPS is accurate to all pin placements. Hidden gem in the Northern Kentucky area.
Awesome course
they had some issues and we were about an hour late going out for our tee time. They gave us free range time. The course was awesome. We could not have been happier with the golf course.
great course
I love this course but club prices too high.I was able to play for 35 dollars with golf now which is a steal. Will play again.
Great Course
Very challenging, but several sets of tee's to choose from. Only gripe is that is was cart paths only, and completely dry. The carts have GPS, but the course ins't marked well, so being on the paths made it difficult to measure distances.
great day off
this place makes for a great day off from work .everything on course was in great shape.
very good facility
Course was in very good shape (some areas under repair in low area). Course offers a delightfully challenging holes, short par 3s that aren't a push over. Narrow fairways that require your shot to be precise as well as wide open landing areas. Definitely a fun course.
beautiful course
Definitely worth the money if you book on golfnow for a discount.
Terrific experience
Always a great course. Great layout and always in great condition.
A top notch resort course
All 5s for this course. Carts loaded quickly, extra water bottles in the cooler, and a cold towel when done on the course. This is a beautiful resort course at Belterra Casino.. Course itself was immaculate, perfectly groomed fairways and greens.
I doubt there is a better course in the area than this one.
Fix your divot and repair pitch marks!
Great course if the general public would do their part.... Club house needs to help with pace of play... Otherwise it's a nice track.
Great shape and great fun!
We always enjoy this course. It's always in great shape and gives us a challenge! Highly recommend and can't wait to play again.
Belterra
Great course. Greens were perfect. Looking forward to playing Belterra again and again.
Good value
The course was in excellent condition even with the wet weather. Starter was very friendly and helpful.
Just straght up awesome
Played this course with my brother in law, we got the hot deal for 40 and it was worth every penny... range balls set up, free water at the start, great fairways and tee boxes.. mix of holes that appeal to every level of golfer, short and long par 3s... just awesome... 18 is a top 3 closing hole I've ever played... if you're deciding between somewhere else and here, unless the somewhere else is augusta or pebble beach . You need to go here
