fairways and greens good shape. tee boxes not so much. greens were rolling well but not overly fast. fairways were dampish but carts called off paths.

The course was the most challenging courses I've played in years. Greens very fast, but true. The only downside it was cart path only, so it was hard to use the gps, to gage yardage. All around would recommend the course to everyone.

Had a 9:20 tee time but was delayed due to fog and frost so didn’t tee off until 10:30. Was the second group off and thankfully, the group in front of us were obviously novice players so after pushing them for 3-4 holes, they let us play through. After that, it was wide open and the pace was great. Course appeared to have been aerated a few weeks before but was healing nicely. Not as nice as shape when we played in the Spring and Summer but still in pretty good shape. Great price from Gollf Now / Tee Off so an excellent value.

I tried to play this course in the spring of 2023 and was rained off the course after 13 holes. I was anxious to go back and we had a perfect day to play. The problem was the tee boxes. Absolutely some of the worst I have played on all year. I understand a resort course getting a lot of play, but for what they charge they need to find a way to maintain their tee boxes throughout the year. The greens were also freshly aerated, which we were well apprised of when making our reservation, but the combo of the tee boxes and aerated greens make it less likely that I will travel 1 hour from northern KY to play this course again.

We Played Belterra following a 144 person scramble in the morning. Several groups were given an 3:30 teetime and we did a shotgun start. The course given the hot weather is in excellent condition. The tes however, have suffered and are a little rough. We got an excellent price using a hot tee time from golf now. Several of the holes are very scenic and the whole area is beautiful, despite having a State Highway run through the middle of it.

Course was in great shape. Tee boxes are suffering a tad but the rest was great.

In general the only problem were the tee boxes in rough shape and a few fairways besides the par 3's were cart path only due to lack of rain to keep course green. Great course if you find a deal

So we got a great value for this course at $32 hot deal. Normally it runs for $80+ which is too much for this course that I have played many times.

What I appreciated on this visit was they shotgun started every group (prolly 13 or so) at 2:30 on different holes (there was a scramble earlier in the day). So my 3some started on hole 16.

The entire round we never encountered another golfer and felt like we had the place to ourselves.

This is something I wish more courses did as it worked really well.

Had a great time and the staff was very nice. The new bunkering is also well done.

Play weekdays and not weekend. Pace of play is very slow. Nice course with great amenities

Course was in very nice condition; pace of play was solid and the value through a Golf Now Hot Deal and their August 20% off special was phenomenal !! The only drawback was that many holes were cart path only for some reason. The cart only holes looked like the fairways had been slitter aerated but were dry and firm so why they were cart path only holes I can't quite figure out. All in all though it was a great day and will definitely be back to Belterra in the future.
