18th Signature Hole...Gorgeous Photo submitted by JCZents33 on 04/26/2013
Challenging course
I saw this hot deal and had never played there before, boy was I surprised. The course is beautiful! Some very challenging holes. The wind played a factor but I don't know if it's always windy there. The pro shop and practice areas are impressive. I didn't get to go into the casino but I'm definitely planning on coming back with the wife and maybe making a weekend out of it. Would definitely recommend for a lower handicapped player. I am an 8 hcp.
Excellent course
Amazing course even at full price. Got a little jammed up waiting on people ahead of us but still a good time
Thank you for your 5-star review! We can’t wait to welcome you back again soon.
Not worth the money
Layout of the course is pretty nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. However, the tee boxes were in pretty poor condition (absolutely cooked). The fairways weren’t to bad but had some bare patches. The greens weren’t to bad either but some bad areas. This course is NOT worth $112-$125 just simply isn’t compared to stonelick hills, Lassing pointe and blue ash golf course.
Thank you for your review. We look forward to providing a 5-star experience on your next trip.
Course conditions
Course conditions need improvements.
Tee boxes need new soil and different grass that grows in this region of the country!
Many bare spots in fairways.
Greens in great shape for the amount of play.
Spend money upgrading cart paths.
Thank you for your review. We hope to welcome you back in the future for another great visit!
Thank you for your 5-star review!
Nice course layout/burnt tee boxes and fringes
Course layout is great.
I played this course multiple times, last time I played - the tee boxes are not in good shape and the fringes were burnt or dead grass
Thank you for your review. We look forward to providing a 5-star experience on your next trip.
Very Nice Established Course
Well depending on what time of the day you play and on what day will determine the pace of play. I have been playing this course since the day it opened and i have played the course in as little as 3.5 hours and as long as 5 hours which can be brutal especially on a hot day but a call to the Pro Shop will normally fix this issue and if it persists management will be visiting the course to see if they can speed play up. The course is always in great shape but depending on the time of year a few T Boxes and a few fairways can become worn from the heat in a few places but this is very minimal and really has no effect on the overall condition of the course. As far as being challenging all I can say is bite off as much as you would like and go from there and I'm sure you will not be disappointed in the challenge you have chosen considering they have 5 different T Boxes to choose from. Great new carts with GPS and Bluetooth capabilities along with built in speakers on the cart if you like listening to your favorite tunes while your playing. Great practice facility which include free range balls , a bunker practice area and a large putting green . So overall with the great friendly people who work in and out of the Pro Shop who will bend over backwards for you without being asked and the course itself i seriously doubt if you wouldn't have a great time and a wonderful experience.
Belterra GC review
This track has gone down a bit in recent years. A lot of the tee boxes were bare or crab grass. Greens were all marked up like no one ever has repaired a divot. Pace of play was brutal with a 5 hour round. Waited on every hole. Only thing that made the round bearable was a great deal on GN for $35 bucks. The rack rate is $135 which would be almost criminal for the shape that track was in. Course is a great layout and very challenging, but the condition and pace of play were less than desirable.
Many Thanks on a hot round
Truly appreciate the friendly and professional staff . This course is a must visit on your golf calendar. The fairways are challenging yet produce a memorable approach to the green. Tour distance and evaluation that makes the par a doable challenge.
I don't get the opportunity to golf on this level often . My experience was totally enjoyable. That mango cold towel handed to me at the end of a hot round was the perfect ending to a great round of golf.
Great Course!
Overall this golf course was in great shape! Tee boxes and some areas around the green were burnt up. If not for this course conditions would’ve been a 5 star. Bunkers were great and greens are phenomenal. We played at 2:10 and pace of play was excellent! I will definitely be back!
Great value, great course
My wife and I had a fantastic time playing the golf course. Everything from the checkin to the end of the round was great.
This is the best public course out there. $56 on GolfNow worth every penny. Golf towel. Water in your cooler. Gps on cart. Range balls included in Greens fee. Cold towel at finish. Country Club facility for the public!
Diamond in the middle of nowhere!
It was my first time playing the Belterra Golf Course. The course is in fantastic shape greens are fast soft and roll true fairways tees are impressive. Great layout very challenging with several different tee options. The only thing that was A+ was the time it took to play keep in mind it is a resort course and it was a great Sunday afternoon. It is over a 4 hour round trip for me to get there but I plan to play it several more time this season. Look forward to seeing you guys again soon.
Amazing staff amazing course
Best experience we’ve had at a new (to us) course in ages. Staff and atmosphere was amazing. Course was in pristine condition
Poor pace of play
Course is in great shape and fun to play but the lack of enforcement on pace of play makes it impossible to have a good time unless you like a 5 1/2 to 6 hour round. Teeing off at 9:30 you shouldn’t have to worry about a round taking that long.

Very well maintained even in the wet early spring. The course is one week of maintenance away from holding a PGA Tour level event, there’s no mud anywhere on the course and the layout is very basic but difficult. Tee shots are important as holes are surrounded by trees and knee high grass, just an electric experience.
