Everybody knows the rules….
Overall great course but how am I suppose to sink putts without any birdie juice? They don’t sell alcohol inside. Yes, beer cart was running but not fast enough for the average alcoholic golfer. Also, no fireball on that cart? How am I suppose to keep my game under 100 without fireball?

Better greens at a muni
$100 per round, the greens had 3 different types of grass growing on them. Possibly the worst greens I’ve seen on a resort course in May.

Played the course with my wife and we loved the course
The staff were top notch, and made you feel like it was a
country club you belonged to. Pace of play was under 4 hours and the course was in top shape. Can hardly wait to go back and play it again.

Best course I have played all year. Great staff that make you feel welcome. Good course layout that makes you work the ball left, right and straight. Greens on their way to perfect and I will go back this year.
Greens in terrible condition
Greens in terrible shape. Especially charging 100 bucks plus for a round. Also, beverage cart Had no club soda, and only vodka is Smirnoff…really.
Just a tough review!
I really wanted to give a good review. I play the Golden Nugget quite a bit….. and this course just continues to disappoint. No marshal to control pace of play, random carts with non golfers riding all over the place, they will literally drive out in front of your play…. Staff inside was nice, but not helpful. No one at round to direct or control what happens. Tee boxes rough at best, but I understand there was a quite a bit of improvements underway. Overall…. It was very similar to a typical $40.00 course. Not what I would expect from a resort course.
Condition was Average
Some greens were a little spotty and some had dry spots around them. Beverage cart girl was the only way to get drinks, nothing available in the club house.

Worth the Trip
The course was wide open due to approaching weather., so pace of play was not an issue. The tee boxes and fairways were in good shape. However, some of the edges around greens kind use some attention. The practice areas were completely jammed packed by Korn Ferry tour guys, because of the tournament at Golden Nugget’s course two days later.
