Great value
I had visited Treetops and drove past this course. I was happy with the value. Clean place and friendly staff.
Rich
Awesome course it has to be a must play for northern Michigan
Nice Course. Slow play.
My wife and I played on a Saturday morning. The course was great and in great condition. Our problem was we got caught behind a slow group of 16 who refused to let us play through. It took us 3 hours to finish the back nine. The stickler was that the ranger was aware that the group was slow because it took them 6 hours for 18 the day before but did nothing to get them to pick up their pace of play.
Despite the slow pace it was a good day on the golf course.
Nice course for a good price
Well maintained, fun layout, good pricing. Will be back next year for sure
Great vacation golf
Beautiful course, set way back in the woods. Not for the beginner golfer, lot of holes that require good shot placement or you wind up lost in the woods. Elevation changes are extreme and you wind up golfing both up and downhill a lot
Nice Layout
The course has a nice feel. Nothing fancy but good value and decently kept
The Tribute is back
The course is in great shape. Good layout and all you would expect from an up north course
The club house and amenities are still being rebuilt.
Overall great value.
Great Challenge and Great Condition
Having played the Tribute in the past we didn’t know what to expect with new owners. We were pleasantly surprised! The course layout has always been solid, but, the maintenance and conditions have greatly improved. We play many courses in northern Michigan, and the Tribute is one on our must play list.
Score card??
The score cards were not accurate and did not match what was online. It wasn’t a big deal as we still had a great time. An overall map of the course on the scorecard would be helpful.
Constantly Getting Bettet
This is a golf experience that every true golfer should have. The course continues to improve every season. The owners are to be commended for their efforts and results. Not an easy play! But, when the layout is known, the course is challenging without being frustrating! Go play this course, then play it again! If the owners continue to realize their vision, this will be a premier course in this golf Mecca!
Poor condition.
Paid $85 each on fathers day weekend. Greens are in terrible condition. Go to Treetops instead.
Nice course.
First time playing this course. I liked the scenery, and the layout. The staff was amazing. Very friendly. The greens were slow, some had some bad spots. Keep to the fairways though. If you're off even a bit, you'll probably lose your ball...lol
Required (Covid 19) Walking, But Great Outing!
The course was in pretty good shape, considering the early season. Not an easy course to walk, but easier than many northern Michigan courses! Great to be outside, and out of the house, on a beautiful spring day. Not too many places to find trouble, but a few more challenging holes and greens. Fun course and a great early season warm up!
