Zehnder's Splash Village Hotel & Waterpark

Course is in great condition. We started out on the back nine which if I remember correctly was more individual holes but the front 9 had a few of go down one side turn around and come back down the other side.. just prefer courses that have individual holes without the holes being right next to each other.

The greens also had some tricks to them based where my approach shot ended. usually I appreciate, this but I didn’t putt well as I was not reading them correctly.

Excellent golf course. The maintenance is impeccable. My only recommendation is for players to repair their divots in the fairway and repair ball marks on the green -- keep the course beautiful and playable for other players.

The fortress is a very nice course. I cannot say that there’s one thing wrong with the course at all. The greens are great. The fairways are good. The teasers are good. The scenery is good. The only thing I would say is bring your mini driver because if you are wild off the tee with driver, it’s going to be a very long day.

I played with my two bff's on a beautiful Monday afternoon. Staff was above helpfull and gracious. I love the electric cart! Additional bucket of range balls at no cost! Fairways impeccable. Fescue was fiesty. Traps are strategic and deep. The different tees brought several unique variations to the holes. Water hazards were not plentiful, but when in play they became a factor. Greens were about an 11 and ran true . Many different levels on several greens brought increased ball placement consideration. Well worth the trip. I must return, left my wedge and towel on the coirse, and they are keeping it for me.

We had a blast yesterday. When we came into the facility getting met by cart attendants to the pro shop then the golf course was in great conditions. We will be coming back soon!

Course was in very good condition. Greens were smooth and rolled pure.

Aside the cold windy and rainy start ( we got soaked ) it turned out to be a fun round. It started out bumpy, playing golf in 40 mph winds with heavy rain coming down sideways never helps much but the sun came out and so did the good shots eventually. The staff was very kind, the facility was cool, the course was in great shape and the greens were fast. We will be back.

I had heard really good things about this course since moving to Saginaw, and recently getting into golf.

The course was set up really nice, but the app used to select my tee time wasn't really coordinated with the office, so I got stuck between 2 groups and felt a little rushed.

Other than that, I'm excited to go again as it gets warmer and not playing into a minor freak snow storm lol

This course is always kept up, beautiful and challenging course, highly recommend it.

Due to rain the day before it was carts only. Nice course and fairways and greens and lay out. Challenging course and Beautiful views in most all directions. Only draw back at the turn NO hot food.. Just chips and.drinks. this course is special!!!❤️🎯💯

Probably one last go around here at the fortress for the year, but this course never disappoints. We love playing this course! Can’t wait for next season to come again!

Beautiful setting with well groomed greens and friendly staff. Great Saturday in the fall in amazing surroundings.

Had a great time….pace of play was way too slow with a group of scramblers in front of us and unfortunately they decided to aerate the fairways during the middle of the round. Still a solid course…probably not a $100 course though

was a bucket list. Fun, great pace and great staff. Was a bit expensive for the course layout and experience. but had a great time.

Drove 90 minutes to play on a Wednesday and it didn’t disappoint. Food and drink offerings were great and the course was in excellent shape. Top notch course if you live in the Saginaw or flint areas! I’d play it all of the time.
