The Treasure Island Resort & Casino is the only casino in southern Minnesota located on the Mississippi River. The Prairie Island Indian Community owns and operates the state’s second largest hotel (788 rooms), along with the Mount Frontenac Golf Course and Dakota Station (a convenience store). Hidden Gem on the Bluffs
This course is in very good shape, and a great value. This course is a hidden gem, condition and grrens (while a bit slow) roll pure . If you are looking for golf aling the river this is the place

Great Course. Love the layout and the natural surroundings. Peaceful and relaxing course to play and enjoy nature
Challenging
Some narrow tree lined fairways, blind shots, doglegs, and greens that are tough to hold and even harder to read the breaks. If you can consistently hit it straight you'll enjoy getting to the greens before those who find the trees. And be ready for hilly lies and hitting up the hills and then down. Fun course.
Rough round
Love playing this course. However the grass was long and thick throughout the course. Easy to lose your ball in. We found plenty as we searched for ours. Greens were slower than most courses. We will definitely try it again to see if Sunday was a fluke.
Just a good fall outing
Just a good fallouting with Jeff behind the desk so pleasant.
Mount Frontenac
Loved the scenery and views of the river valley. The course was also scenic. The greens and area around them were in good condition, the fairways not so much. The weren't watered enough during the dry summer. But I enjoyed it.

Fairways were rough...greens were slippery..staff did not seem very organized...views were great
Mount Frontenac
I played the course on the 4th it is a beautiful course with some outstanding scenery. There are some short par 4’s and a few blind holes so need to be a bit careful. The course is in very good condition but has been affected by lack of rain which is affecting courses throughout the area. I encourage you to play it. A very fun and challenging course.
Disappointed
I was disappointed on the green conditions. Alot of burnt edges and very dry. Greens were super-fast and dry! The ruff hadn't been cut. The dandelion's had turned to the white stage making it even harder to find white golf balls. Stay in the fairways! Play was slow due to 1 foursome holding up the entire groups behind them. They would not let us play thru. Hopefully the coarse conditions improve for next time. Great scenic views.
Beautiful course.
Would give it 5 stars all day long. The rough was exceptionally long. Everyone was losing balls 2 yards off the fairway.
