Beautiful challenging course
Great course conditions. Challenging. Big greens. T boxes well.manicured. Fairwaysvin great shape. Wide. CPO...was in effect due to big rains previous day. But we will b back.
Expensive for a public course
Good course conditions except a few greens. Hole 16 needs mowing and grooming. Would play again.
Disappointed
I used to enjoy this course but they think they are a high end course anymore. I showed up only to find out the front 9 was closed and they tried to charge me cart fee on top of my hot deal . They have an old man starter that acts like he owns the place, very rude. I’d only go back if it’s under$40, would rather spend $100 at Branson Hills and play a good course. PointevRoyale gets so much tourist play and most don’t fix ball marks. Look elsewhere to golf.
Nice lay out
The course lay out was good with lots of elevation changes. We played it out of season but I bet when it’s in season it should be a diamond.
Snowbirds 1st round of the year.
Had fun playing this course. The course is still dormant so very brown but the ball still was sitting up ok. Lack of rain caused some runout issues so you have to keep your eye on the ball until it stops. Greens were fine and very quick down hill. Several blind shots made it challenging but I managed all 18 holes with one ball. Take care not to hit any houses because they are everywhere. Would love to play it again when it is green.
Beautiful Course
Very nice layout with fairway grass that causes the ball to sit up nicely. The greens are true and fast with lots of undulation. Highly recommend this course lots of beautiful scenery. What a Golf Course 😅
Fun Course
Several very interesting holes. Fun course to play but greens were not great. Apparently the is an animal problem they haven’t solved. Several greens had areas of damage that appeared to be from critters.
Great for what it is
Had a ball. Have to come back in the spring or summer
Design was different
The design of the course made it difficult blind hazards , shallow doglegs. If I knew the course I could have played it better. I over drove fairways and fell into hazards that were not seen until it was too late.
Nice course
I loved the course but to be honest, the greens were WAY to fast for most novice golfers. It took several holes to get used to the speed and I still had a hard time on several. Balls just wouldn't stop and go 8 to 10 feet past the hole in some cases. These were cut at least at pro speeds if not even faster. Otherwise the course is a blast!
