Fair course with tee boixes set to accomadate all levels of play. Visually impressive.

Played this course August 3 and 4 around 11:30 -- awesome desert views, roadrunners, looking for rattlesnakes but none to be seen! Temps were near 110 both days both with loads of water and ice you couldn't beat the price and it is a fine course even in summer conditions. One drawback the clubhouse shuts about 1:00 so bathroom facilities limited to only one on the front nine-- however the heat kind of takes care of the need. Few trees for guys but ladies be prepared ! Friendly starters!

The greens were in great shape. The fairways could of been better. I think they had some flood damage. This is still our favorite course in Laughton/Bullhead City.

Bare spots in the fairways....no sand in bunkers.
Plenty of yardage on your drives because fairways are like sidewalks ..... rock hard !!!!

Played this course 2 years ago. Shortly after the transition. Greens are in considerably better shape. The fairways still need some attention, but have improved. All in all for the price, a good deal. Will play again.

This course was purchased by the owner of the best golf course in the area. They have owned it for well over a year it is in far worse shape than it was the last time I played it.

Had a blast!!! Drove the hour from Lake Havasu to the Avi. It was 106 when we tee'd off at 11:44. We had a group of 2 that we let play through on the second hole and didn't see another group all day!! Course is in great shape right now. The greens are a little firm but that is the only complaint we could come up with all day. Will be golfing there again as soon as possible!!

This is one of the best courses within 50 miles of Laughlin

Rough around the edges. Very rough ride in a cart - maybe get some of the cart paths worked on!

Had a great time, weather good, course in good condition, play was wide open. Staff is great, left phone in cart, starter delivered to my car.

Beautiful course, well maintained, highly recommend it.

We have played this course many times but never seen it in such need of work...Grass growing in the bunkers along with the small stones already there....Range was horrible...No grass...

Gave 4 stars because it is a neat course with very nice (a little slow) rolling greens...staff behind counter at check in NO personality at all, very disturbing how uninterested in your experience on their course is going to be. Cart BOY , someone needs to teach him some people skills right now. But heck with these guys once you get out on the course they are of no importance. Fairway bunkers do need some clean up but rest of course is very good. Women 's tees should be shortened a couple hundred yards. Do they understand RESORT course, and this is an area visited by huge amounts of couples over 45, and most men want their wife's and girlfriends to enjoy their round.

Not a typical desert course, nice fairways but slow greens. Good layout, nice finish

Loved the beauty of the course. Fairways were wide and quick. greens are challenging, but a little slow, could be a little tighter. Didn't mind working with that, cause I had a blast. If your out towards
Laughlin, i recommend this course.

Staff was player friendly and couldn't beat the price. 4 some for $25. If you your visiting Laughlin or Arizona, I highly suggest this course.

The course is in great shape and the greens are fast. Tees available for all handicap levels.
One of the best courses in the area and a great value.

This is a nice course to play, it has some challenging holes....And when they get the rough in better condition it's going to be an outstanding course to play.
