About Avi Resort & Casino
The Avi Resort & Casino, located off the banks of the Colorado River in Laughlin, is nestled on the Nevada, Arizona and California border. Owned by the Fort Mojave Indian Tribe, the Avi offers the Spirit Mountain Casino with slot machines, 18 table games, a poker room with Texas Hold’em daily, a Sport Book, live Bingo, Keno and more. Guests can stay at the hotel, where the rooms were renovated in 2018, or the Avi RV Park KOA, which allows free access to Avi Casino & Resort’s private beach on the Colorado River, outdoor pool, boat launch and fitness center. On-site KOA amenities include free Wi-Fi and cable, laundry, showers, picnic area with barbecue pits and a dog-run area. Other amenities include a massage room, boat rentals, an eight-theater movie complex, multiple restaurants and an arcade and Kids Quest daycare for children. Golfers can play the Mojave Resort Golf Club two miles away or the Huukan Golf Club about six miles away.Facts

No Golf
We booked our tee time through golf now with a direct online booking to the golf course for a 2:08 tee time figuring we should get most or all 18 holes in.
When we arrived at the course we noticed very few or no players playing on front nine
Went to drop off our bags and noticed numerous carts (20 or more) lined up and ready to head out
Went into Pro shop to settle up our reservation, only to be told that there was a shot gun scramble taking place on the front nine, so they couldn’t put us out on the front. They offered to put us out on back nine, but told us we would be lucky to get the nine in as it was packed.
Think the course and GolfNow should make a better effort to ensure if they advertise tee times that they are actually available for play
We have played this course numerous times this winter and have enjoyed the course, friendly staff, etc.
Hope this can be rectified in the future
Course much improved condition wise over the years. We are from Canada and stop in Laughlin on the way south in fall and on the way home in spring and always enjoy playing at Huukan.
Mohave Desert Course
The course was nice and fun. We had never played here before so we got mixed up a little going to a couple of the holes (11 & 17) and a couple holes on the front 9. Overall, it was fun and I had a “deal” on the course! Thanks for the experience!
Nice course
Conditions were good. Course in good shape. Needs ball and club washers.
Challenging round in 30 mph winds
This course exceed our expectations, the course was in terrific condition, greens were running very fast.
Lots of challenges for all levels of golfer.
Mojave
I like the course but I had an approx 12:30 tee time. The pace of play was terrible and I had to quit at 3:30 after 11 holes.
Great course
The course conditions have greatly improved over the past few weeks with the rain and warm weather. Greens and fairways are in great condition. Great course for the dollar. Pace of play was terrible, on several holes there were three groups waiting to tee off.
Well worth it
Course is in excellent shape.
Greens and fairways are on in real good shape.
Rough is rough, you don't want to play from it.
Great Course
Course is in great condition. Greens are fast and fun to putt on. Sand traps had a hard crust on them from the morning rain but we’re still playable. Challenging course for me. Hopefully get back to play again.

The course was busy as was well organized to get us into our cart. They paired us up with two other golfers, a very nice fun round of golf…
They also have range balls for you that comewith the golf good value for the money..
