Back 9 views are gorgeous! ;)
Beautiful course, friendly and helpful staff, signage would help improve speed of play for back nine. Overall, great round, happy we had a local show us the way around the back, front nine is straight forward. We will be back!
It's been awhile!
Great course, and we use to play it when the weather was cold in Colorado. We live in San Clemente, Ca. and stopped to play on our way home from the forest of Utah. It took a few holes to remember how it plays. No GPS, so range finders and 200, 150, 100 fairway markers. Must think before pulling out the driver. The course will force you to think about the right club for the next shot.
Great course
Although cart path only the day we played, the course was beautiful. Played over 15 yrs ago and has not only improved its gameplay but maintained a fair price for the game! Will be back soon!
Disappointment in the desert.
The greens were in poor conditions lots of patches. The fairways were full of brown patches and mowed very tight. The pace of play was slow always waiting for the 2 some ahead.
What golf should be like
From start to finish EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT! The check in personal was wonderful, the starter very informative and had a excellent attitude. The course was in good shape, few brown patches but nothing extreme and the greens were true. After the round the cleaning crew were very nice and helpful. Playing a round in 3 hours 10 minutes was a delight. Finally I got a voucher for the buffet at the hotel and casino....thanks for the excellent experience of coming to Casablanca! Keep up the great work 👍🏿
Besides the weather
Enjoyed the course, lots of driver and hybrids used, open lay out so enjoyed it very much
Fun course
Played The Palms, enjoyed the layout and course was in good shape. Staff was friendly and helpful and pace of play was good.
Great stop in golf
Set a time here on my drive to Utah. Had a mid day time. They got me out early. We started on the back 9. Spectacular views, great shape, good greens and challenging. After the first few holes I was blown away at this secret little gem. Went to the front 9 at the turn and yes, it is a story of two courses. It was in good shape with fair pace (caught up with a group of three that invited me to play with them). but it felt very much like a muni track. Simple straightfoward back and forth golf unlike the front nine which has elevation, canyons, narrow to wide and wide to narrow shots. If the back 9 was duplicated, could see paying $150 a round here. With the front 9, $70 feels about right. Worth a stop though!
