Greens in poor condition
I understand the course needs to make money to survive. But this course should shut down until the greens are up to par. There were 5 holes that were placed in the fairway without a putting surface because the greens are under repair. The greens that were usable had not been cut in over 2 weeks.
Wrong Course
Actually, played the Desert Course, Lake Course was closed for reseeding, Desert Course was great!
Great course, rough greens
Great course but greens are in tough condition and staff is working to fix. Great bang for your buck.
Primm
I payed for the Lakes Course & upon arrival was told it’s closed for 3 Days for Maintenance.
Ended up having to play the Desert Course which should have been a lower Green Fee. Further it should be closed for 3 WEEKS Maintenance!
Great layout, sandy greens
Very friendly staff. Tee boxes (excluding number 1) and fairways were in great condition. Nice facilities, got a really good hot dog at the turn. Greens were in poor condition. Most of them had bunkers on top of the greens.
Well designed , poor maintenance
Course is in rough shape, greens have a fungus and are in very bad shape, Fairways numerous dead spots.
Staff very friendly
Played many times before - conditions really bad this time
They are having problems with the greens. Sand on 50% of each one. 🙁
Improving!
Course obviously had some issues with their greens but they ate working hard to get them back. Most greens have bald spots but the greens crew have sanded the spots and they actually put pretty good ! Fairways are nice, track raked and maintained. Enjoyed our round, thought the course is in much better condition than some of previous reviews suggest.
hoorfull
The fairways and tees were fine. The greens are very spotty with very thin grass and many bare areas. The traps need sand. The layout of this course is worth the visit alone .I am hopefull that the management can return the course to its previous good condition.
Worst green condition ever! Fungus or diseased every green!
Great value and fun
Lots of fun Greens had a fair amount of winter kill but was expecting worse from reviews. Staff were great. Food good. Fairways and teebox s good. Would go back for that price.
Still needs work
Booked the Lakes course, but they put us on the Desert course, because of a late start for the Juniors competition. We were hoping to play the lakes again so we could determine the improvements. But no luck. When we finished the restaurant and bar were closed. It was 5:45pm. I hope they keep trying to improve this course to make it a star again.
Water.
I can’t believe the water came on on the course about 4 o’clock. We had to stop playing because of it. We also stopped by the club house at a little after 4:30 and everyone was gone. It seem to me you should schedule your watering later in the evening. This was disappointing.
My wife and really like playing at these courses. But not with sprinklers on.
Hmmm, is it worth it ?
Seamless check in, great interaction with Pro Shop employee. Informative and knowledgeable.
Hit the range, nice set up, all grass range with unlimited balls. Nice chipping area and a putting green was good to have.
Course layout was nice, played the lakes course. Bunkers could've used some work, too many rocks/pebbles in them.
Fairways were cut tight and some bare spots but overall were playable.
The greens were in pretty bad shape, If I remember correctly all of them had some sort of issue, not sure if they were diseased or something else but alot of bare spots sanded to fill. Really kind of sad...
The Pro Shop and bar area closes early so did not have a chance to par take in either.
Pricing was good, reflects the condition of the course, I guess...
If the greens come back, I would definitely return until then check before making the trek...
