Reviews
Hot Deal well worth it.
This mountainous course has gorgeous views and several challenging holes.
The geese left their deposits on several greens which was less than desirable but overall it was pleasant plating (12;30 starting time) and there was no one in front or behind us.
For some reason no alcohol was available at the restaurant so we had an iced tea instead.
Hi, Energyspirit. Thank you so much for your feedback. We are glad you had enjoyed your time at Crotched Mountain Golf Club, and pride ourselves on delivering the best experience possible. We will do our best to clean up our geese deposits.
We hope to see you again soon!
This course is worth the trip
My first time playing. What a pleasant surprise... The only thing that can beat the value are the challenging greens, course layout, pace of play and friendliness of the staff. Keep your ProV-1's at home and bring lots of golf galls. Enjoy!!!
Your feedback is important to us, chaechung. Thank you for sharing your 5-star experience. We look forward to seeing you again at the course soon! Thanks for choosing Crotched Mountain Golf Club.
A great day of golf!
The course was in great shape with lush fairways and greens. A real pleasure to play!

Nice, but I will not play it again
The fairways and greens were in great condition. This is a difficult course for duffers because it has a number of holes with blind landing zones -- both uphill and downhill -- and lots of side slope (your ball may land dead center fairway but end up downhill in the rough or bush).
Fairways are narrow on many holes so you need to be dead straight. It is a beautiful area but off the beaten path. Played mid-morning mid-week so bar/restaurant wasn't open until 3.
We appreciate you taking the time to review the course and rate us, u030780020. We are going to pass on your feedback to the team. Thanks for visiting Crotched Mountain Golf Club, and we hope to see you again in the future.
Tough
Not for the average goler. Móstoles lies are uphill or down. Hitler leit to go right

Great course for the money!
This course is a great course for an experienced level of golfer! The crowned fairways and hilly lies make for some challenging iron/hybrid shots and some of the greens are very deceiving but the fairways are relatively wide allowing for some mis-hits off the tee. The rough is pretty thick compared to some other local courses as well. However, the cost to play here is minimal compared to other local courses and the Toll Booth Tavern is a great spot to hangout after the round and enjoy some great food and drinks. Not to mention the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming!

Great Course!!
It was a perfect Saturday in early June and most courses would be way over booked and crowded, but it was so refreshing to be able to play at a consistent relaxed pace.
The price was a great value at $60 for 18 with a cart, threw in a bucket of balls to get warmed up on the grass range. Great little chipping and putting area was perfect to get a feel for the greens.
The course feels wide but is deceptively narrow in spots. Course knowledge is definitely an advantage here. Taking less than driver to find the fairway is a good idea- some of the greens were surprisingly small but in fantastic shape.
Overall the course was challenging but fun! and definitely fair! Will absolutely be playing here again!!
Also food and drink at the pub was a great bonus!!

Great course layout
Course was in great shape. Multiple geese families on course. Scenery was impressive. Only complaint was poison ivy flourished along each fairway. If your ball strayed off the fairway… consider it lost and move on. Looking forward to our next visit.

Northern Gem
Based on the condition of some courses in MA, I was pleasantly surprised at the overall condition here. Greens were very nice, smooth, quick. Fairways nice. Carts seemed newer. Not sure if that was the case, but either way they were in good shape. Restaurant was closed because of no help, but hardly their fault. You'll love this place.

Overall the course was in good shape for early season. We had a lot rain a few days before and surprisingly it wasn’t as wet as I thought it was going to be.
