Well worth the price
Drove up from Wildwood area where cost of courses are not justified. This course was in great condition, already booked my next tee time.
Air rated greens
Course was in good condition and staff was friendly. Cart woman passed us 6 time time on the front nine and we were good at that time. But only saw her once on the back nine and I did get a hotdog on the 15th hole. The dog was Luke warm .
For an aeration alert, conditions were pretty good.
Play doing an irrational alert. With the exception of the greens which were bumpy obviously, The rest of the course was in Good condition. The geese control one of the par three's in the back nine. Very entertaining But not troublesome as they are used to moving. Pace of play can be improved upon although there was a ranger. Staff is A++
Golf in the grapevine
First time playing here and I love the layout and the vista's of the vineyards. You can hit it loose off the tees without being intimidated, very fair but challenging enough for all types of golfers. Great day and fun course, grab a bottle of wine 🍷 on your way out to.
Greens were punched
Greens had been punched two days before. I understand it’s part of maintaining a course but there should be some notification prior to booking. Course was fine. Bunkers were not well maintained. Given the condition of the greens and bunkers it was not worth the money.
A bit disappointed
Have played this course before. I think the conditions have slipped some. Crab grass in spots. Not consistently mowed.
Grape vines were cool...
Had a good price thanks to Golf Now.
Course conditions were less than presented.
I played with good people and I had a good round and time, Of course.
And yet, if I had paid their rate I would have left somewhat disappointed.
Course was good
Overal the course was good. We played twilight for 60 bucks and that was the max I would pay. Some of thr fairways were bad and the greens had so many ball marks. But this is pretty standard with thr hot summer we have had so I don’t mind. My main gripe was pace of play. We had a 4 some in front of us (A 2 some) and they would not let us pass. We had to legit drive up and ask. They really should have a ranger out on the course to
Make sure this doesn’t happen.
Crab grass
Fairways are nice greens choppy, tee boxes average. If you miss fairway you’re in crab grass not rough. 99$ on wknd is robbery
An absolute Beauty
From pulling up to the course I knew it was going to be a nice one. Very nice staff. Course layout if beautiful. Plush fairways, nice greens although some people need to learn how to pick up their feet. Forgiving course with some hard holes sprinkled in with a few easy ones. Overall, I’d say one of the nicest courses by the Jersey Shore. Lastly, I’d tell you to get a weekend out of this place. Bring the women with you let them have a day in the spa as the guys golf and then hit the winery. Food after the round was excellent and the pastry place inside was top notch.
Vineyard Golf
Terrific layout, but they let their tournament tees grow in, so it now maxes at 6650y and has plenty of crabgrass and grass-filled fairway bunkers.
They made great renovations to the buildings and restaurant, but kind of let the course go. Wine that used to be $28 is now $49.
It's worth it for a Hot Deal because I love the layout, but it's sliding down for sure.
