Seaview, A Dolce Hotel

Atrocious pace of play - no ranger - no controls. No refreshments other than beverage cart, which goes in at 430. Expect more for the price. Course is good; greens slow. Not one bunker was raked - footprints everywhere and I mean BIG footprints everywhere. Should be taken care of better than it is.

I have been going to Seaview for over two decades. This is by far the worst condition I have ever seen the greens. They were furry and plush and did not roll evenly. We were very disappointed.

The staff can’t do enough to help. Very friendly. Course is in ok shape at best. Greens good but that’s it. Watering limited and in the heat and dry the course is really looking worn. A lot of brown or dead grass. The tee boxes worn. Fairways under stress. Not worth it if you’re paying over $100. Better to go to LBI National.

Pace of play was a little slow, but everything else was great.

Course was in good condition. Greens were awesome. Pace of play was smooth. Staff members were quite helpful.

Great course and layout but practice facility would not recommend. Expensive course to practice off of mats and then be charged for practice balls. Overall I rate it a 6 out of 10. Don’t change for range balls after charging me $160 a round!!

Much better condition than last year , don’t let it go again.
