Seaview - The Pines Course
        About
The lesser known of the two 18-hole courses at the Seaview is the Pines Course. It originally started as a nine-hole course but another nine-hole course was added later and the two courses were eventually combined to form the Pines Course. The course has a par of 71 and it is 6,731 yards from the back tees.
Seaview's Pine Course doesn't provide scenic views but it does offer a good game. Some even prefer the Pines course because of its quiet location behind the resort's hotel and also because of its more challenging features. The golf course has tight fairways lined with trees, medium-sized greens that are undulating, and strategically placed bunkers.

The greens at the SeaView Pines course are some of the best conditioned in south Jersey.
Everything was great but...
the pace of play was awful. With tee times 10 minutes apart I don't understand a 5+ hour round. We were waiting on every shot as was the group in front of us. I would really like to know what created the log jam. A marshal would have been nice at some point. Greens, fairways and tee boxes were solid to immaculate. If it wasn't for the pace of play it would have been a near perfect round.
I actually like it more than Bay course
Underrated course. Doesn’t get the attention that the bay course does but it’s a hidden gem. Greens perfect. Fairways also. Tee boxes need some attention but they’re limited. I think the Pines course is underrated and the Bay course a bit overrated
Course was in excellent condition. Staff friendly and helpful.
Seen better days
Unfortunately we were disappointed by the Pine course conditions. Fairways were nice. Greens were OK. Rough was unkempt and unmowed. Landscaping was poor as were some tee boxes. Disappointing for a resort that I’ve had respect for. Clearly the Pines course needs more attention. I expect more for a course that can be priced over $100 per person.
Nice course but
Sand traps need some work. Sand is hard and there are weeds growing in them. Layout is nice and can be a bit of a challenge. Accuracy is Key.
Would Definitely Return
Very much enjoyed the Pines course! Monday at 1pm- wasn’t pushed or held up at any point. Greens and fairways were in good condition. The rough was thick on most holes- someone said a mower was down & that’s the reason for the depth. Outside of losing a few balls that way, it was a great day.
If you can find your ball
I don’t normally like to leave reviews, but luckily, I only paid $52 to play on this abysmal course. The rough was almost 3 to 4 feet high and typically even one or two balls around is acceptable not 14. I swear I lost five balls in the fairway and I was playing with somebody and we still couldn’t find the ball so if you wanna play golf maybe go somewhere else if you wanna play let’s find a golf ball then go play there
