About Seaview, A Dolce Hotel
Seaview, A Dolce Hotel, was founded in 1914 as an exclusive country club. It has a long history of hosting professional golfers, presidents, rock stars and celebrities. In 1942, Sam Snead won the PGA Championship on a combination of holes of what is now Seaview's Pines and Bay courses. The Bay course, a regular host of the LPGA Tour, delivers the views beyond Reeds Bay to the Atlantic City Skyline. The hotel includes 34,500 square feet of meeting and event space, indoor and outdoor pools, three restaurants and a fitness center. Nice Course
Course is challenging and interesting. Conditions were very good, especially after recent heavy rains. Course drains well. Glad we were able to use cart with 90 degree rule.

Pines was nice
The course was not crowded and the pace was quick until the last few holes, and even then, we only waited a short time.
The conditions were decent. I am used to greens that have fringes, but these greens just ended without fringe cuts. The traps were not as good as I expected, and there were not enough rakes (unfortunately, I visited the sand quite often).

Beautiful course, distractions.
Beautiful course. Unfortunately paying $115 to play a round paired up with dad and a 6 year old that ran around in the bunkers and was doing cart wheels in the fairways. Very distracted and not the ideal situation. Will be taking a break from a Seaview.
