About Colgate Inn

The Colgate Inn sits less than a half mile from the Seven Oaks Golf Club, the Colgate University's excellent golf course. Built in 1925, the historic inn features 40 rooms and suites, a popular restaurant called The Tavern and various event spaces. Hotel guests gain access to the university's fitness facilities. The 6,800-yard Seven Oaks by Robert Trent Jones Sr. is a public facility.

A R.T. Jones Sr. gem!

The course has seen many improvements/renovations in the last few years, including completely new clubhouse and cart barn. It is a fantastic venue in all respects!

Bad weather day

Course was pretty wet. It was cold,windy and misting rain. Still a good day of golf. Can’t wait to play again on a nice day. A real value @$30 from tee-off.com

Always enjoyable

I played here 5 times this year if it was closer to my I would play more. Condition always great staff friendly and helpful. We did get very slowed down by a 5some in front of us and at the turn we reported them to the pro and he delt with it immediately and apologized to us. Excellent professionalism. Highly recommend this course
