River Landing

This is a great membership option for those who want to play during the week. If you want to play during prime times on the weekends, don't bother. The residential members book multiple tee times during prime hours on the weekends and typically only afternoon tee times are available.

Courses are well maintained and set up nicely. The additional amenities are also very nice.

Picked the course as a meeting place with friends from Raleigh when we were on spring break in Wilmington. THe decision was solely location-based, with very little consideration for architecture, course reviews, etc.

We were very pleasantly surprised by course conditions, layout, clubhouse amenities and more. This is a top-shelf golf resort with plenty of room on the tee sheet for people willing to take a short ride.

River Landing is 1/2 the price of Pinehurst and as good or better as many of the courses there in terms of layout / architecture. And the conditions are as good as most any course you'll play there.

Good flat layout with several holes along the Cape Fear River. Nice practice facility. Clubhouse very nice. Greens were absolutely spectacular. Literally perfect. Played as a single behind stacks of foursomes so my play was slow but overall a good day.
