The Rock Barn Country Club & Spa

This course is very scenic, and in beautiful shape. Every staff member we dealt with was friendly, professional and welcoming. We had a very enjoyable afternoon - a. nice surprise.

This was my first time here and man am I glad I went. The conditions of the course we top notch! The club house and restaurant we very nice and the staff was friendly and on point. Ordered a burger and it was great quality. The cart girl was awesome and very quick. I can’t stress enough how much I enjoyed my round and I will definitely be back!!

If you get a chance to play this course on the GolfNow Hot Deal, it is totally worth it! Still a good course but for regular price, I would look at some other options in the area that are a better value.

Staff interaction was average but again, if I am paying $80 a round, I would expect a better level of service.

Course was in great winter time condition, very playable, and a fun track!

My wife and I enjoyed a great round of golf. The fairways were in good condition even though they were in their dormant state. The greens were firm and fast and putted true. Hole 10 is an interesting par 5 dogleg with a large lake protecting the green. The staff were extremely friendly and the starter offered good advice. We enjoyed an Italian hoagie and cheese sticks at their restaurant. We will definitely plan to visit again when we’re in the area.

Great friendly staff in the club house and the restaurant/bar. The Jackson course is in great shape for this early in the season. Greens are really good. Greens fees include range balls which is a very nice perk.

First time playing this course and absolutely loved it. Well kept, friendly and welcoming staff, and gps carts with course and green layouts. Range balls were included with green fees as well. Looks a little pricey at first but it’s obvious you are not lining someone’s pockets and a lot goes back into the course. Looking forward to going back as soon as possible.

Great condition, great experience for this time of year!

First course I played in North Carolina. I must say it was beautiful the staff was wonderful and it was a great time. I did get a hot deal which made it even better. Them having a range included with your green fee all set up and ready to go was amazing. Definitely a challenge and some blind shots but beautiful. Only complaint I would have is many houses. I'm weird though I don't like seeing houses on a beautiful course it just takes something away.

Always a great time when I get the opportunity to play this course. The staff is always welcoming and the pro even allowed us to fill an earlier tee time which made it to where we finished before sundown. Looking forward to playing again all. Great Christmas Eve round.

I really like this course the staff are really nice and welcoming. The practice areas are top notch, the carts are great except for the GPS system doesn’t always give you the correct information. The past three times I’ve played Rock Barn the desk personal has asked to see my confirmation email. They wanted to know how much I paid for my round. I’ve never had to this before and it makes me feel like I cheated them out of something. I have always followed the rules when I use Golf Now to book my golf rounds. I’m not sure if this is legal or not.

I love playing Rock Barn. This round was fun as I was 5 over after 9 holes and excited for a nice score.

Unfortunately, the pace of play starting around hole 5 really cut into my rhythm. I arrived at hole 5 to see 3 carts waiting to tee off and a back up that was at least 15 mins before I could tee off. Suffice to say, that was how the rest of the round went.

I'll be back to play again but sure hope whomever was holding everyone up would get a visit from a ranger to move along.

Otherwise, fun round although well over 5 hours to complete. Course was in good to great condition considering time of year.

First time playing here, really nice Public course. The staff, carts (with GPS and hole location per hole), and food all top notch!
