Great layout.
Love the course. Not too difficult but just enough, especially # 18. Finally got on 18 in one shot, pared it. Almost birdied it.
SLOWEST round of golf ever
5 holes took slightly over 2 hours, course starter was disorganized and St Barnabus residents golf for free I found out...it's seniors who are nice ect...but play is god awfully slow
Slowest partial round ever
It was a beautiful day and figured I'd try Suncrest for the first time. I arrived 15 min early to get a few putts in and was greeted by staff...he said he was sending me out alone because the other 3 wanted to play as threesome...he stated he told them to let me play thru when i caught them...this was odd as I was early and a 3 some did just tee off...Problem came in as I caught them and there was a 2 foresome backlog almost immediately. There was no way to play thru them. 45 min later after playing 2 holes only, a 3 some caught up and I asked about tee time, this was the 3 I was supposed to play W/ in the first place so I was lied to...unfortunantly on the 5th hole, there were 3 groups lined up to the green...5 holes took 2:05...I left after the 5th hole, I realize now that st barnibas owns this and conleys and older groups golf there alot...but the slow play, poor play, even saw a kid around 8-9 years old going out when I was leaving...
Bottom line is course was well enough kept but being lied to, mgmt and organization was non existent, cant manage a course like that IMO...thou st barnibus will keep it full and slow so I guess they figure anyone else's money they can grab...even if it's a one time deal is good enough.
Decent course
First time at Suncrest and the course was nicely maintained but, I wish they had taken down the ball cleaners. I had no way to clean my ball. I also wish they had blown the leaves off the course so you don’t lose balls in the leaves and spending time looking for it. Would help the pace of play. I like how you were eased into the course from the first tee. First 2 holes were a par 4, next hole a par 3 then back to back par fives. Pace was super slow as it took me almost five hours to play.
Suncrest is a star again.
Never disappointed when I play here.
Great staff, great course and great bar.
Thats all I need.😄😄😄
Enjoyable Round
Course is really in great shape right now. Greens fast.
Fun Old Course
Fun old course. Small greens but great conditions. Had a twosome in front of us that was SLOW otherwise we would have been done in 3:15. Would play again!!
Tough ruff
The course is tree lined, and the 4 inch rough made it a challenge to find your ball if you missed the fairways. Fairways and greens were perfect.
