The Lykens Valley Golf Resort features 6,300 yards of rolling Pennsylvania countryside just east of historic Millersburg. Elevation changes and streams create a nice backdrop for golf. The Lodge off of hole 9 is home to two separate buildings with 27 total guest rooms. Overnight guests get continental breakfast and can use a swimming pool and banquet room. The Swing restaurant in the clubhouse serves a menu of crab cakes, steaks, hamburgers and more.Facts

Nice course but needs logistical improvements
I really do enjoy this course. But it is frustrating that every time I’m there they do not make people honor their tee times. My dad and I had a 9:20 tee time and we hit our first drives at 9:20 on the dot. We ended up waiting a few minutes to tee off on hole 2 due to a slow foursome. But as we teed off on 2 there were already three different groups to tee off on 1. This creates a log jam and makes for very slow rounds. They make tee times for a reason.
LVGC
The course is in better shape than it has been in a while. The rough was mowed so it was reasonable to get out without much penalty, which was often not the case often earlier this year. I played during a non-busy time; my wife and I played with a young couple in their early 20’s and had a good time. Pace of play was less than 4 hours.
Good course . Great restaurant
Course was in ok shape considering weather recently.
But regardless...it's a good value for the money.
The restaurant and bar are very good with a friendly staff.

Great course, friendly staff. Well worth the trip!
Nice Local Course
Greens in very good shape today. Fairways played long due to hard conditions. Staff are friendly and laid back. Golfers very respectful and kept up pace of play. This is a great local course with nice scenery.

Great to have a course close to home that normally has open tee times. Front 9 nice and open back nine a little more changeling and through the wooded area,
