This course in in need of more carts and a staff in the kitchen that could keep up. Stop for French fries and waited 55 minutes.

Shadowbrook is the enigma of all golf courses in NEPA. There's some potential here but overall it's a terrible layout. There's way too many holes that make little to no sense. Plus, some of the greens are the size of a single car garage which makes for a lot of short sided chips/pitches. The two redeeming qualities are 1. It's cheap 2. it's kept in legitimately pretty good shape.

Ultimately, if you're serious about golf and appreciate course architecture this is not the place to play.

Nice course. Traps were raked. Greens were smooth and rolled. Golf cart paths can use some attention.

Course is improving.. pace and price outstanding..well worth it

This was my first time playing this course and for the price I'd say I'll be back. It was in decent shape and the layout was fine. There was one dumb par three where it went straight uphill. Overall it was a good value.

While some of the holes were birdie gifts due to the short fairways, the greens were fast and true. I wish I trusted my plumb-Bob determinations more because they were correct, but I didn't trust them. I will try again though...I'll be back!

This is the first year I've really started to golf on a regular basis, but I love this course in terms of overall value. The course is very well maintained and is always green. It's somewhat challenging but does have a few holes that are forgiving where you can get a few birdies. That's perfect for a newer golfer like myself. Plus you can usually hit 18 holes for under 20 bucks. Well worth it!

Steal of a deal for under 20 Dollars when you book a round off a golf app. Holes 1 and 2 are open and forgiving, holes 3 thru 18 have a "can't miss" side which makes it challenging but overall fair. I recommend to play it at least once.

This course is certainly not a top course, but for what it costs, it is a great option.

I recently played a scramble here and asked myself why I haven't played here more often. The course was in excellent shape except the greens haven't fully grown in from when they aerated last. That's the only reason I gave the conditions a 4 star. The layout on the other hand is not the best. There are a handful of holes that you can't see the green and if you haven't played there it may be a challenging round. From the tips it's about 6000 yards, so it's not long, but not being able to hit driver on some of the dogleg holes makes up for the lack of length. All in all you can't beat the price of $22 for greens fee and cart and sometimes you can find a hot deal for only $10!!! To top it off, I asked for a junior rate for my son, and the staff allowed him to play for free. Thank you. I will be back to play again soon, and I would definitely recommend this course as a cheaper alternative to some of the championship courses around that are far more expensive.

I wasn't expecting much with this course but it was in decent shape. Greens were hard, so nothing really "stuck" but they were green and undamaged. Back 9 is challenging and very pretty. I plan on playing it again. For a public course and the amount of $$ it is well worth it.

The course was in great shape. the food and drinks were very good and resonable. The staff was excellent GREAT DEAL !!!!!

Great Course , loved location and layout, great staff ...extremely crowded on a Saturday. They had to bring in extra carts because of slow play but we were able to get going only a few minutes past our tee time . Plays very tight so watch for errant shots from other tees, fairways . we got a downpour after 12 holes so not much to comment on the back nine. If we had continued the round would have been well over 5 hours for our threesome . I might suggest a ranger on course might speed up play on weekends

We are extremely pleased with Golf now. We can schedule a tee time in advance with payment and know if we need to cancel we can receive a refund. Great idea!!!!!
