Greens
They are in really bad shape takes one element frustratingly out of the game . Putting over a large amount of dead spots. Considering the price to play its way over its head.
The course outside of that is very beautiful and hard to find any course that can beat the natural beauty of it.
Fun
Course is challenging for sure. Most of the greens were not in real good shape but not for lack of effort by staff. A few of the greens on the back nine were in great shape! Amazing views, unique holes, good signage to get to tee boxes. Great staff! Just a fun place to golf…depends on where you normally golf green fees were pretty fair.
Course dried out
If I had guests I would be embarrassed to bring them to this course. the approach, fringe and most greens were in horrible shape. Granted, i realize we have not received alot of rain in the area.
Tourist boredom relief… play after Labor Day !
Being close to Deerfield, this course caters to the summer tourist. We were surrounded by people who didn’t know golf etiquette & couldn’t play golf. There was a twosome sharing clubs. There was a threesome with one set of clubs. The pace was horrendous. There is no ranger or regulations, made for a terrible slow pace round. I will never go again during the summer season.
Golf Now Homerun
Hard but fair course. Layout unique…lots of slope. Best Golf Now deal of the year for me. Beautiful scenery- off the beaten path, but worth the drive.
Love Deerfield
Tough course from the Blues - great layout - played iweekday afternoon 3:30 finished in 3.5 hours. Always play at least twice a year wish it was closer to home
Great Course would’ve been a 5 star but the tee boxes need some serious work and some cart paths need some TLC
Decent course
The course was in good shape, but the layout had people hitting into us from other holes unknowingly several times. The cart paths need some attention as well, but it's not a bad course if you live nearby.
