Great, except pace and staff ageism
Older 4 some in front, not letting us play through. Bumped back “on pace time” 45 mins to an hour, couldn’t get in a rhythm.
Playing with a 40 year old, and me (30) and 2 others similar aged, called marshal, marshal was old too, didnt even talk to them about pace or playing through until a 3rd complaint
Hot deal
Golf now hot deal $50. Well worth that. $90 is really excessive for any course to me, but this one is real nice. Pretty difficult layout with some trouble on almost every hole. Greens were immaculate, fast and real difficult. 1 putted 6 greens and 3 putted 6 greens! Will look for more deals to play!!
Nicest most hardest course I ever played lol
This is by far the most nicest and hardest course I ever played in my life the place was beautiful the greens were the nicest I've ever seen or played at I would definitely recommend playing this course again or for anybody
Staff Attentiveness
For a course which touts itself as a top resort in TN, the staff attentiveness was poor at best. We weren’t greeted when we arrived at the bagdrop therefore offloaded ourselves. The clubhouse attendant didn’t address us at all until I said something to him. When we returned to the bagdrop our clubs were still where we left them on the rack and we loaded the carts ourselves. Additionally, range balls are extra and are not part of the green fees. When we completed our round, a similar experience transpired…offloaded our own clubs…wasn’t asked if we would like our clubs cleaned…the attendant just watched us do it all. While I am not a elitist snob I do expect resort style service at a resort.
One of the best in Nashville
This course is always top-tier. By far one of the best courses in the Nashville area. And I the course is always in perfect condition, greens are very fast but roll true.
On this particular day it was almost a five hour round, which is not normal for this course. There was a slow group in front of us that caused a big backup. Never saw a marshal tell them to pick it up. The only other complaint is that range balls should be free when you pay for a round. The staff is out collecting the spare balls left on the range and won’t let you hit them. Very strange for how much you’ll pay to play here.
Beautiful Course
Had a great time, hands down nicest course I’ve played. Kinda silly to pay $17 for a bucket of balls at a course this expensive but that’s my only complaint.
Great Links style course
Incredible greens, fast and true!!
Tee boxes and fairways were perfect!!
I play here approx 4X/yr, worth every penny, every time!!
Highly recommend, bring your friends. GolfNow has fantastic rates during the week, still worth playing at least once, even if it’s full price.
Enjoy your round at Gaylord Springs Golf Links.
Great Track
Lot of fun playing here. Very nice facility and nice people
