The Lake Tansi Village Resort is actually home to four lakes (Tansi, Geronimo, Hiawatha and Mohawk) that provide guests and home owners an abundance of water activities. Guests stay in lakefront cabins and have access to the marina and its boat rentals, the beach, community events, the 6,701-yard public Lake Tansi course and two restaurants, the 19th hole at the golf course and the Lake Tansi Restaurant Bar and Grill.Facts

Always a great round at lake Tansi
This is an old-school course it’s always in wonderful condition from the tee to the green, great fairways, solid, consistent greens. They let the rough get long enough so it penalizes you for missing the greens or Fairway just all in all a great course. The only negative would be the range is a short range, which means irons only.
Excellent shape
Teed off at four in perfect weather. Unable to finish because of slow play in front of us. Did get in 17. All parts of the course were excellent. Greens were fast and tricky as usual. All new pavement on cart paths. I love this course.
First Time Player at Lake Tansi
This was my first time playing at Lake Tansi golf course. Coming from Arizona I was used to a real grass driving range, but was not surprised to see the course using mats. The course itself was in good condition, but the greens were full of aerated holes and a lot of sand, which made putting very difficult. Overall, my experience was positive. I would try playing again, when the greens are in better shape.
Love this course and have played it a lot, half the course was shut down today and the other half was aerated with a lot of sand but I’m not gonna hold that against them Bc normally the course is in excellent shape that is why I keep coming back, wish I would have known before hand tho. What I would complain ab is the fact that most (not all) but most people here are not very friendly for not reason at all. But overall a great course
The front nine was shut down for paving of the cart paths, we had to play the back 9 twice, the greens had just been aerated with sand all over . It was an awful experience. I really wanted to call and have a refund of my money.. should’ve been told about this when we book the course.
