This 10-floor property has 272 guest rooms and suites and features 16 meeting rooms with over 37,000 total square feet. There are three dining concepts as well as a breakfast buffet. It is located near the Texas Motor Speedway and 23 miles from Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. The Golf Club at Champions Circle is located a short drive away and offers stay-and-play packages for visiting golfers. Course look like it is going down hill. When I first moved to TX in September and played during the winter, the course was in great shape.

Pro Shop Under Repair
I played at 9am on Mar 28th, 2021. The pro shop was limited to a small trailer due to a flooding issue inside, so there was a trailer used for a bathroom, and another trailer in the parking lot, with a person to check you in. However, I forgot my bag towel, so went to buy one and they had none in the trailer. I also wanted to use the range, but they said the range would not be available til 10am since there were no balls. So no range practice for my 9 am tee time.
The greens were in really good shape though. The cart girl did not have alcohol the first two trips around.
So quality of course was great, but amenities were terrible for a $60 green fee at 9am. I'll be back, but i'll wait 6 months til they figure out how to offer average amenities for a $60 green fee.

Challenging course, so play can move a bit slower sometimes. Conditions good and improving with spring weather. Set near a creek so low lying areas can get pretty soggy within a day or two of rain. Rated off course amenities as average bc they are working on pro shop so its set in a portable building for the time being, as are the bathrooms. Really enjoy this course overall! Played there twice in the last week.

the course was in pretty rough shape, but that had to be due to the winter storm and rains that had passed thru.
over all it was ok shape for that time of year.

Took Six Hours to complete the course. Marshals did nothing to keep players on pace. Course was in good condition.

Money better spent elsewhere
Very poor course layout as if a redesign is in work, but there are no signs of construction or ground under repair. Maybe it really is just a bad layout. Seems like half the back 9 are part 3s - many back to back. Course conditions will likely improve significantly as spring arrives. Money right now being poured into clubhouse restoration after pipe breakage and flooding due to winter weather.
