Sonesta Bee Cave

Played this course based on the reviews and was not disappointed. The course was in great shape and the greens putted true. Challenging but fair for the average golfer from the middle tees. Staff was very friendly and pace of play was fine on a very crowded day. I will play again when I'm back in the area.

This is a semi-private course at a new community. Beautiful area in hills so lots of elevation changes on the course. While not pristine, it was in nice condition. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Starter gave us tips for the putting greens. We enjoyed our day and all of us indicated we would play again given the opportunity.

The fairways were in great shape but the greens were slow. They will be well prepared for having grass during the winter.

Although the folks I was paired with got something to eat at the turn, we were still ahead of the group of college brats behind us. Nonetheless they convinced the marshall to ask us to play through. Really? Most of the time they weren't even off the tee box by the time we were walking off the green. I am sure the marshall was embarrassed in even having to ask.

Great weather great course always a great challenge.......only issue greens had recently been airrated.

They clouse the Second 9 and we have a sixson playing the second round infront they take four holes to let us go in front

The fairways were in particularly great condition and the greens were quick but rolled true. The course is tough with a lot of uphill holes which makes it play longer than it is listed on the score card. The staff was professional and very friendly. All in all this was a great golf experience.

Pristine conditions made this round exceptional. The fairways were well defined and the ball sat up nicely. The greens rolled true and were not overly fast. Pace of play was good on the 1st nine but slowed to a crawl on the back. Looking forward to my next round here and definitely would recommend this course to anyone.

And informative. Cashier was pleasant and nice. She was fantastic. The best is one Marshall 'Dave'. He went above and beyond. He is the kindest person who enjoys his job. I shot a 79 and would play the course again but because of Dave I will play the course evertime I'm in Austin

Falconhead is one of my favorite courses in Austin. Fantastic condition, great layout, beautiful. A little steep price point is the only worry, but you get what you pay for.

Really impressed with the overall quality of the course. The greens have been recently aerated but were in excellent condition. The fairways and roughs were well manicured as were the bunkers. Definitely well worth the price. Played in 3.5 hours which is the only way to play. Will definitely recommend this course to everyone and will be back!

This course was in excellent shape. It has beautiful fairways and greens. There is difficulty if you do not stay in the fairways.

Course was in good shape. It had a lot of elevation changes and turns that made you play to certain spots on the course. I did play it in the afternoon and at times had to wait on a couple groups in front me as I was playing as a single. The course wasn't too crowded since it's a semi private that costs more than most others in the area which made it nice not playing an over crowded course. Will play again

You have to try it for sure! Layout was amazing and the fairways and greens were close to immaculate especially considering the brutal hot summer. Can't wait to go back!
