The view from the elevated 10th tee might be the best in the state except what's at Chambers Bay. Photo submitted by JasonDeeganGA on 03/17/2014

Great course, great staff
This was a great golfing experience. Play was slow, especially on the back 9.
Greens in poor shape
Pros
The bathrooms were nice.
Nice course design
Cons.
The greens on the front nine and 17 were very bumpy about muni condition.
Course conditioning was very subpar for a "high end" (at least price wise) course. The only saving grace was the golfnow hot deal pricing.
No prisms in the flagsticks, if you don't have gps on the cart then prisms are a requirement.
scenic
fun course, challenging, scenic, fairways in great shape, greens o.k.
Father/son time
Great views! Risk/reward holes!
Yardage on sprinklers! Wind made approach shots a challenge.
Greens need help
The golf course is real nice. Greens in July should not have dead spots. Golfed with two nice guys and my wife and they place the course all the time. It seems that the money is being spent on the rope course. We play that on sunday
Great Hot Deal
Course was awesome. Course was in very good shape. Had trouble with decent food options but that's because there's a wedding going on other than that this was one of the best courses I've played this year.
Great day Golfing
The course was in great shape. i was not prepared for how hard and fast the greens were but that is my fault and not that of the course.
All the people from the greeters to the person i passed walking to the bathroom were very friendly.
Overall a great day and i look forward to heading there again.
Rope Rider - very well groomed and playable
One of the nicer courses I have played . Well maintainied and plays fairly. Greens surface was above average. Not much OB. You can actually hit some decent shots out of the rough. Beautiful setting.
Rope Rider
Course in excellent shape. Best sand( bunkers) I have ever had to hit out of. Light and fluffy silica sand! Ball stays up.
I might suggest sanding/punching the tee areas more and applying more water. Some tees next to impossible to sink a long tee into!! I would play again. Fairway bunkers strategically placed.
First time at Suncadia
This is a really nice course. It is just as nice if not better than Salish Cliffs. We will definately come back.
Great day away
Really enjoyed this course! Great layout, extremely friendly staff and exceptional course conditions. Easy 70 mile drive on I-90 from the west side. When it's raining in Seattle this is a quick easy way to escape to the sunshine
Windy Day
Course in pretty good shape wind made a good course challenging 3:45 playing time will play it again
Perfect course to truly enjoy golf
Course is wide open with great view. Relaxing ambiance with beautiful green. Course drains very well and ground is mostly dry even though I played a day after a week of relentless rain. Fairway is wide and easy to recover from a bad shot. However, bunkers are in good locations to challenge long hitters.
The Prospector course at Suncadia delivers evergreen golf without the rain
Not to take anything away from this sporty resort course, but its biggest selling point has to be the location. It could be pouring in Seattle, but just drive across the mountain highway bypass to find the sun at this really cool resort. The downside is a constant wind that can blow away any chance at a good score.
Arnold Palmer's routing looks like it was built in the 1990s, not 2005, thanks to fairway mounding and demanding undulating greens. The 412-yard, par-4 ninth and 540-yard, par-5 18th share daunting approach shots over the same pond. The clubhouse serves excellent food on the patio.
Beautiful course, top 10
Got to play Prospector at suncadia and re affirmed the reason I love mountain golf in the Pacific Northwest. Incredibly challenging pin placements, incredibly fast and true greens, and tee shots to make you doubt yourself. I have played 15 of the "top 20" golf courses our state has to offer and in my opinion this course is arguably #1. Heavily defended greens, some narrow fairways, and a miss putt that will carry a mile. I will be coming back.
The best golf course in wa
Yes, everything's just perfect except it's a little bit slow.
Pretty Setting-enjoyed seeing all of the wildlife roaming the course
Conditibons were wet when we played but course seemed to drain well. It would have been nice if the carts included drop down covers for our clubs, but they did provide us with extra towels to help. We will definitely play there again.
A Great Golf Bargain!!!
Rope Rider is one of my favorite public courses and it did not disappoint as it was in pristine condition (like you would expect if you were playing in a tournament). A little thunder and lightning at the beginning but otherwise, a great day for golf weatherwise. A great golf bargain for $33 ($40 - $10 discount + sales tax) while others paid $90.
This course requires staff attention.
There was no staff visible (started at 2pm). There is no food/beverage cart, and the cafe at the turn was closed at 3pm, and all the staff disappeared. No greeter at the 1st hole.
There was no water in the ball cleaner containers, no towels.
The greens are full of ball marks. Fairways are in good condition. Too windy.
Fun to play
Rope Rider course was billed as "Women Friendly" and it really was. I was able to outdrive my husband and be about even after our second shots (never have been able to do that before). It made the play really fun for both of us. It's a fairly wide open course in good shape. I loved it and we'll be back!
