Great Round with Friends
We always include Port Ludlow as one of the courses we need lay in our annual trip to the peninsula.
Best shape in years
Greens were great. Sand not so much. Kyle in the pro shop was a huge help.
Great course and conditions
This is a great course with beauty everywhere. Conditions were near perfect on fairways, greens and tee boxes. Many of the approaches are elevated and difficult if you come up a bit short. The greens were moderate speed but with lots of slope on many of them.
Overall a great course but very challenging if you are not accurate. I typically shoot in the mid 80's at most courses and I shot a 98 here with quadruple bogey on one hole!
Golfnow hot deal overpriced
Got to the pro shop and found out the Hot Deal on Golfnow was $20 ea overpriced
They charged us $20 a seat for the cart for a total of $90 ea for the round
The pro shop price was $70 including cart
Won’t book again with Golfnow without checking course pricing first
Great day at Ludlow
We played the gold/white combo tees with hickorys. The greens were exceptional especially for this time of year. The fairways were firm. The lowland holes were firm as well.
They are continuing to clear the adjacent areas so the course feels open but you have to keep it in the right place off the tee to be open to the green.
Fun place to play.
Great time “
Port Ludlow is always a fun course to play a little wet this time of year but a very rewarding round! Staff friendliness gets an A+
