The Twin Falls Resort State Park is set on a high wooded ridge in the mountains of southern West Virginia. The 48-room mountaintop lodge is home to a fitness center, restaurant and indoor pool. Great challenging layout, course seemed to have got away from them this year with the rain. Fairways were pretty barren and some of the greens had some significant dead spots, overall for the cheap tee time and having the course to myself all morning, I'd come back for sure.
This course has potential
Fairways were a mess, patches all around. Layout is amazing, staff was very friendly, just really bad conditions.
Nice course fun for a afternoon of golf
The course was in ok shape the greens had some bare spots. I came a down poor right after teeing off on number 10 but the course drained pretty well. We were able to finish. Overall a good day of golf.

Greens were soft and cut short. Fairways were nice and the rough was rough.
Great Course
This is a beautiful course that is challenging but fair. Greens rolled great. Fairways in very good condition. Not a boring course at all. A lot of variety.
Twin Falls Review
Cool course, a nice layout and inside a state park. The course sees lots of use and a 5-6 hour round on Saturday or Sunday morning is not uncommon. They have scrambles on Monday and Wednesday mornings too so worth taking into account. It is overpriced when you book at the actual course instead of Golfnow and I believe it has to do with it being in the state park. I think 40 bucks is a fair price for a round at Twin Falls.
Poor maintenance
The course was in terrible condition, muddy every where, the holes were not cut properly and pins had probably not been moved in over a week as grass had over grown the cup on all of the holes, this place will not receive my money again. On top of this a frost delay had been added. The delay was unnecessary as there was no frost to be seen on the fairways or on the green as I drove the first few hole during the frost delay and saw zero frost. During the delay we were not allowed on the driving range or putting green.

Excellent course with just enough width to make it fun and not lose all your balls. Beautiful scenery especially with fall foliage
They dont do much if any watering of this course if there wasnt creeks and ponds it would be dead, has a great layout and beautiful views, just aerated!
Greens had dead patches. Course lay out was awesome.
Twin Falls gold
For a state park I thought the course was a great layout and well maintained. Greens had plenty of grass, but were very slow. Over all we had a great day.
