Early Season no crowds
Special thank you to four guys on the first tee, as they let let my wife and I play ahead. Course is now in great shape and with the jump start we finished in three hours. Tourist season is soon upon us and speed golf will be behind us.
Early season un-repaired ball marks
I’ve played this course over a hundred times in the last 50 some years. Value with GolfNow in April is unbelievable. This is a resort course for out of state players. In season price is too high for regulars. Today some yahoo left un-repaired divots on many greens. I follow the fix yours and a couple of others philosophy. Today, mine were barely noticeable. At the turn, I mentioned this to the attendant. After the round I showed a photo from the back nine that looked like the person stepped on the ball. Who does this, especially in early season?
Very friendly staffs and fairways and greens were well maintained, had good round..
Terrible front, Great back!
Front 9 was boring and not well maintained.
The back 9 was another course totally.
Shame the pace of place was horrendous.
Also guys in the shop should learn to up sell a bit.
Crazy fast greens + tight layout = High Score
This course looks easy on the scorecard. Relatively short and straight forward. But it is very tight off the tee, and the lightning fast greens led to my highest score of the season. Fun but frurstrating.
Tight track - Birdie Opportunities
Tight layout through the woods, short holes invite birdies.
Fast greens fun course
There was a few blind shots that could put golfers ahead of you in trouble. Otherwise nice course. Not the longest course but fun. Enjoyed my round.
Nice course
Well maintained. As others stated, from and back nines are different, especially the tiny greens on the front. It takes some adjusting. Overall, very nice, fair course in good condition.
Outstanding staff, great course
Very inviting course, shorter over all distance but elevation and layout provide nice challenge as well as scoring opportunities. Will certainly be playing here again next time I am in town.
