The Wilderness is the premier golf and waterpark destination in the Wisconsin Dells. The Wilderness Hotel & Golf Resort features 444 guest rooms, 40 vacation villas, 76 condos and 35 cabins. Nearby, the Wilderness on the Lake includes 108 luxury two- and three-bedrooms overlooking Lake Delton, and Glacier Canyon Lodge features 460 upscale condo units. Restaurants range from the Thirsty Buffalo Saloon and Survivor’s Bar & Grill to various grab and go options at the indoor and outdoor waterparks. Great value
I like this place today there was a women's college tourament happening so the driving range and putting green was packed otherwise we played right threw the course with no delays
Great golf course
Although a tad pricey, the course lives up to expectations. Greens were fast and true, and the layout was challenging yet forgiving if you know the course. The practice green doesn’t match the course, so be careful. Carts have GPS, which was clear for reading the course. Range balls came with greens fee. Bar staff was a bit slow, but they have a good selection. Check-in was smooth. Overall, I definitely recommend this course.
Had better days
My tee time was at 830 got there early to hit some balls I waited about 15mins for a cart while staff talked about tournament happening later when I did get my cart there was a group of 5 that went out right before me it took them about 20mins to play 1st hole. I like this place because you can play threw it really quick but not sure what happened i skipped the 2nd hole and after that didnt have any problems.

Only my third time out this year, wish I had played better. Greens were fantastic, held shots and were extremely fast relative to most courses I play.

Excellent experience
Wild Rock is most certainly a challenge. The balance is the beauty of the land and layout! Very difficult greens. Not a place for the inexperienced.
One of my favorite courses
I really like this course. Well laid out, elevated tee boxes with sweeping vistas. The fast undulating greens were challenging but fair. There were limited blind shots which is important to me. We bought the early season pass and it was an incredible value. Highly recommend this course.

The greens were extremely fast with a lot of undulation.

Friendly staff. Course is in great shape and so fun to play. Every hole is interesting. If you’re in the Dells you don’t want to miss this course.
