The Wilderness is the premier golf and waterpark destination in the Wisconsin Dells. The Wilderness Hotel & Golf Resort features 444 guest rooms, 40 vacation villas, 76 condos and 35 cabins. Nearby, the Wilderness on the Lake includes 108 luxury two- and three-bedrooms overlooking Lake Delton, and Glacier Canyon Lodge features 460 upscale condo units. Restaurants range from the Thirsty Buffalo Saloon and Survivor’s Bar & Grill to various grab and go options at the indoor and outdoor waterparks. Nice course
Wild Rock is a nice course. Wind filled day on the course with gusts up to 26 mph. Pace of play was slow with a couple foursomes before me hitting slices into the tress and trying to find their ball and hitting mulligans made my round less enjoyable. The staff and service were in point. I would recommend and go again.
Great course
Never disappoints. Always in great condition and some of the best tee box views around. Our favorite Dells course.
All around great experience!
The course was in great shape for late October and the greens were rolling very fast which I love. Always a great experience when we play Wild Rock. Service in the bar was excellent and the food was great as well. Beverage cart service was excellent as well. All of the people were top notch at Wild Rock today.
Best course in the Dells
It's always a great day when you play wild rock.
May not score the best but that's my fault.
Plays long
Wide and long fairways allowing driver to be in play most of round. Some very unique holes. Trust your yardages.
Great course!
Well maintained golf course with challenging holes and a lot fun! Great menu at the bar!
Fun & challenging for 9 holes play extra if no one coming up…also, if you play wild rock 18 holes you can pay only $10 to play on Woods course…:
Best Course in WI Dells
If you are in the Dells area, this is the course to play. Playable holes that have difficult greens if you find yourself on the wrong side of a hole location. Tee boxes, fairways and greens all in excellent shape and the staff was helpful and friendly.
G9lf Day
Perfect day for golf. Course conditions were great. Downside was GPS went down and course did not have fairway markers.
Tough challenge
I love this course for the challenge but if you get out of position on or around the greens, it’s penalizing. That’s not necessarily bad but some of the greens were spotty of grass, making them even more difficult. I get it. These greens are shaded so growing grass on those spots is problematic. That would be my only criticism.
Refreshment area on course
This place is amazing but we were told the refreshments stand was serving food. They were not. At 1:00 in the afternoon we were staving and had another 3 plus hours of golf. I don’t understand why.
Never played due to wait
I waited over a half an hour past my tee time and still hadn’t teed off yet. Would not of gotten 28 holes in because of darkness staff didn’t seem to care.
